We are a long time customer of MM Comfort Systems.
We have had a heat pump system for over 40 years; but it needed replacement. Installation was by Adam and Marc who were efficient and thorough. There were no short cuts and clean up was superb. The electrical inspector just completed his inspection and said the installation was totally up to code.
We just had a new heater and air conditioner put in our home. MM Comfort Systems was fantastic! I got several bids, but there s was the best by far. They were prompt with correspondence and the whole process was super fast. The estimator Rod Kippes was great and explained all of the options we had, teaching me about how the system worked and answering all of my questions. Install was beautiful and the installers Dan and Alex were so friendly and knowledgeable. They explained how to operate and maintain my furnace and taught me how to program my thermostat. I couldn t be more happy with my new equipment and would recommend MM Comfort Systems to anyone needing heating and cooling!
I used MM Comfort systems to replace our Furnace and we couldn't have been happier with the technicians that installed it. They were professional and made sure install went as smooth as possible. The sales team missed something so the techs had to be creative to solve it all while making sure I had an A+ experience. They also arranged inspection which saved me time from navigating that. Thanks and would buy from them again.
The whole project is very smooth. Very effective communications keep me updated from the sales stage (Steven Vick) all the way through the finish line of the project. The installers Sam & Antonio are very customer-oriented and friendly. they kept me updated with the progress of the installation. Also important is that I can see there is a strong team to support the whole project, and that's why I chose MM Comfort.
I used MM comfort Systems to install AC in my house. They reused the existing ductwork, added the heat pump, and replaced the furnace. The whole process from initial contact to install was only 2.5 weeks. Adam and Mark were very knowledgeable and professional. They got brought up anything that wasn't expected and offered options for solutions. Great crew, would hire again.
Thank you the MM Comfort Systems team for providing great customer service from beginning to end. Todd our sales rep was friendly, knowledgeable, responsive and walked us through each step. The team the installed our electrical panel was quick, knowledgeable and professional. Our installers Tom and Jordan were on time, super clean, friendly, professional and kept us up to date on their progress throughout the day. The end result was amazing clean air in our home. We are very grateful. There was one hiccup with the install that showed how committed they are to doing the job right. There service department was quick to schedule a team to come back out within hours. We are so excited to start this long term relationship with MM Comfort. Finally, thank you to Sherry in the accounting department. She too was great at communicating. It takes a team to provide great customer service. Thank you all for changing our lives with your amazing product.
Matt & Randy executed a professional install for a new furnace and whole-house AC system. Their attention to detail was evident from the precise installation of the furnace in a tight space (1/4" clearance) to the caulking around the gaps between piping and walls. MM Systems coordinated the whole job, including permitting and product registration. Highly recommended.
Mike and Jason Installed our Lenox Furnace. They were courteous, skilled and informative. The whole experience was very positive. Mike and Jason did a great installation and totally gave us all the info we needed.
MM Comfort Systems installed a heat pump HVAC/air scrubber along with replacing an aging electrical panel and we couldn't be more pleased with the end result. They did not sub-contract out any of the work and made sure we were 100% satisfied with the final product. Tom & Jordan were very professional and they didn't mind me being curious and nerdy about "how things work".
When drilling for the thermostat wire, the in-ceiling power line to the water heater was accidentally damaged (just bad luck) and when we realized the next day that we had no hot water, they sent out a team ASAP who quickly identified the cause and made it right.
I would not hesitate to recommend MM Comfort Systems!
I had an HVAC mini split installed and Joe,Joe, Mike and Mike s associate (sorry I didn t get his name) were on time and worked efficiently and got the unit installed within 5 hours. They cleaned it after themselves and were very helpful and friendly. A great experience
