They are really very nice and professional. I had my 02 Lexus ES 300 at two other mechanics for rear brake service (pads, rotors and calipers) and was quoted 1,033 and 850 respectively. Here, they performed the same brake job plus serpentine belt replacement and transmission oil flush for total 650. In fact this is my first visit and I found here because of friend's recommendation. They are really honest and did not start repair until they confirmed the parts need to be replaced. A truly outstanding place! I highly recommend it to everyone who wants to save money on quality auto jobs!

Quick follow up (May 2019): My right front wheel was once hit from side and the suspension got some damage. I got a quote of $1400+ for replacing steering knuckle, shock & strut assembly, wheel hub and wheel bearing. In fact I am not sure if I need to replace all of them as my car still drives straight and smooth and I hear no abnormal noises during driving. I brought my car to Mission Auto and got only the knuckle and wheel hub replaced for $395. They told me that other parts are fine and need no replacement. Unbeatable! Highly recommended for everyone who does not want to be ripped off for auto repairs.

and i'm satisfied with the work done on my cars. At first i had my regrets on dropping it off there jus because on the way the shopped looked, but my uncle who has all his Mercedes serviced there, said they were great mechanics.

when i got my cars back after a day they ran great. And whn i got the bill i was expecting a couple thousand dollar...but i spent under $500 per car considering that they also used stock parts.

Super fast and straight forward! My car feels like a brand new ride after getting my transmission fuel replaced. I can't believe how quick and honest they were. So much love!

I have a 11 year car and i need to change the fuel pump. the charge is $600 (not cheaper) but it still has some fuel problem starting and they can't fix it.

Reliable go-to people who have been servicing my car for years (oil change, new brakes, parts, etc.) and prices have been very reasonable. One occasion required a part to be replaced and they were able to order and install in less than 2 hours in the morning. More recently, my tires were low on pressure and I was unable to find a working air station at nearby gas stations. With it being so late and having not so much auto experience myself, I went to them and they happily checked (and chuckled) and helped me fill my tires. Great service and friendly staff.

James and the engineers are nice and professional. I repair and maintain my cars at their shop for four years. Always perfect work.
