The first woman Myraa Wright called me and blatenly stated my SSN over the phone without even verifying that I am the correct person after she hung up on me I called back and asked to speak to a supervisor. The supervisor Llyod Banks refused to help me in any way just kept trying to talk over me. I finally asked to have a corporate number and after several failed attempts I was finally able to get a number. Upon calling the number a woman answered with a different company name and I asked her if this was the corporate office for Miranda Response Systems, she stated yes and I asked to speak to someone in charge she put me on hold for a while and when someone finally answered it was Lloyd Banks again. Smh I have since asked to speak to another supervisor and I have just been waiting on hold I'm sure they are hoping that I hang up but my petty game is too strong.

Finding it hard to get anyone on the phone to help resolve my problems after they took my payment

Called me, hung up on me...I called the # back and the person who answered told me I needed to talk to another department. The "other department" was some Jamaican lady who wanted my full SSN. Nope. Scammers-don't give them your information!
