I recently visited for a root canal and a crown, and despite being short-staffed and booked up, the experience was wonderful. Even though the appointment dragged on as I moved between different rooms for treatment, I didn’t mind the extra time one bit because of how sweet and caring everyone was. After several hours of back-and-forth, we finally wrapped up, and I told the doctor, "Good job, doc," appreciating his patience. I’m so grateful for his help in restoring my perfect smile. This patient will always be patient for Dr. Caglia and his wonderful team!

My wisdom tooth was hurting, so I went to MINT dentistry in North Richland Hills, and they handled everything with impressive speed. Cindy greeted me right away, arranged for x-rays, and seated me in the treatment room. Dr. Caglia arrived shortly after to provide a clear diagnosis, schedule the oral surgery, and outline a plan to manage the pain. It was one of the most efficient dental visits I have ever experienced. Cindy stayed on top of things, ensuring I had no lingering questions and that I was fully prepared for the procedure. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this practice to anyone in the area.

Absolutely love the entire team at Mint s Highland Hotel location on Mockingbird! They truly care for their patients and make me feel so comfortable. I m always in good hands with Dr.Kweik and her staff. I had an appointment regarding one tooth but before my appointment a crown came off so, although they did not know about it initially, they made sure to work in the time for the second tooth since I was there. They even had to work late because of me! I m so grateful for all of them. I have sent several friends to them who also feel the same.

I went to Mint off Skillman in Dallas, the staff is absolutely great. I went in August 2021 for pain, swelling, and discomfort around my cap that was installed 2 years prior, I knew it was a gum infection stemming from the cap that was put in, but when I went and asked about what I could be done about it, the dentist at the time told me I would have to remove the cap that they installed, wait a few months then get another put in because somehow the one they put in prior was causing the gum infection and that I would have to pay for all of it out of pocket since my insurance wouldn t help cover any of it. I simply don t understand how the work they did two years ago cannot be helped at all. Basically came in to get a prescription for antibiotics and that s all the dentist could do/was willing to do. And here I am 2 months later October 2021 with yet another gum infection stemming from the cap they installed.

I have been a Mint Dentistry for over 7+ years last March 2021 I I was told by Mint during a routine cleaning that I needed a crown and my cost would be $489.60. I scheduled the crown for my next cleaning which was yesterday September 2021. My insurance (Blue Cross Blue Shield Dental) has not changed however the crown was now going to cost me almost $600.00. I am not sure why they did an Active Treatment Plan for this crown and then would not honor the original pricing, I would understand if it was a year later and my insurance plan changed but it was only 6 months and my insurance plan has not changed. I also had them fix a chipped tooth but the fix has fallen out twice now and they will not fix it unless I pay for the fix. I am looking for a new dentist now, bye MINT

Had excellent dental care at Mint Dentistry in North Richland Hills. I received both a root canal and a permanent crown, and Dr. Kumar really knows her stuff. The staff, including the front desk team and nurses, were wonderful. I’m already planning my return for treatment on my other teeth.

I had my 6 month cleaning done today and was very pleased by the service I received from my hygienist, Ryan (really hoping I spell her name properly). She was definitely the most informative, personable, and thoughtful hygienist I ve been serviced by thus far. She made sure I was completely comfortable the entire time and made sure I felt my teeth were properly clean and polished during and after the process. I don t always feel my teeth are properly cleaned, but today I came home and my teeth feel amazing- so I definitely thought she deserves some recognition! She even gave me plenty of tips to keep my teeth nice and healthy! Seriously loved the service I received from her! If possible I ll likely be requesting her for my next cleaning. I ve received great service from this location in particular, but I think Ryan deserves an extra special shout out!

The front desk was friendly and communicative. Dr. Maze provided clarity and helpful information regarding my questions about braces and treatment.

Dez and Mary were exceptional! They are both very personable and of great character. My teeth cleaning experience was made easy and comfortable. I couldn't ask for more.

MINT is covered under my new insurance plan, thus I used it to be in network. I will not go back. I would rather pay out of pocket for a dentist that I know and trust. I went in for a yearly check-up. I left with a list of items on a treatment plan that were being recommended. I was told I would find out my cost, after they were in touch with my insurance company. That was 3 weeks ago. After numerous calls, and contacting my insurance company, I still cannot get an estimate for the cost. I am going back to my old dentist and pay out of pocket.

My first time with Mint Dentistry and it was great! Had a dental cleaning early in the morning and ALL the staff were friendly and alert ! I ve seen the billboards all over Dallas and the experience seemed very on brand for them- it seemed like everything was about making you feel sexy. Making the appointment online was really easy, which I love at any doctor. Check in was fast, they offered Netflix or Pandora for personal entertainment while you get your teeth cleaned, and I received a complimentary teeth whitening kit (have not tried yet). All the staff seemed knowledgeable and my teeth feel clean. Unfortunately I will have to be back soon :( but they made sure to list prices for all services with insurance breakdown and creating the next appointment was also easy. I recommend this place so far!

Overall very clean place, seen as soon as I completed paperwork and at my actual scheduled time (no waiting at all), very professional team that was personable, carried on conversation, and made me feel so comfortable like I was at home. It certainly was very lavish inside and felt 1st class with their massage dentist chairs . I was offered the choice to watch Netflix or listen to Pandora during my time there. I was kinda amazed Not gonna lie! Communication was perfect from everyone. Very minimal pain felt during procedure. I could keep going! Looking forward to my next appointment.

My sister is an orthodontic patient at the Grapevine location but we wanted to give a huge shout out to the orthodontics front desk worker Andrea! My sister recently became ill and was able to help us schedule an appointment while working with her illness! She made sure to note everything we talked about and said if we needed anything to call. I can t praise Andrea enough!!! She is the nicest front desk worker I ve ever spoken with over the phone. The service is amazing with you guys!

The team was efficient, kind, and competent. They were upfront about all costs. Felt no pressure to proceed when I was unable to afford a procedure. Options on how to pay were provided. Will continue to go to Mint as my primary teeth caretakers. Thank you.

Recently, I cracked a tooth and feared I would need a root canal. Having heard some scary stories about the procedure, I was quite anxious. I followed her recommendation and saw Dr. Caglia at the North Richland Hills location. The treatment was a success, and I didn’t need the root canal after all. Dr. Caglia exceeded my expectations, making the whole process smooth and comfortable. Between the massage chair, the soothing music, the complimentary sunglasses, and the wonderful staff, it’s hard to imagine going anywhere else.
