Our church uses Kindrid Giving for text to give. Kindrid is now part of Ministry Brands. One of Ministry Brands support staff just spent well over an hour with me working on setting up a special form for a fundraiser we are doing. I was amazed at the high level of support and that she spent so much time with me. This is some of the best customer service I ve ever experienced.
Ministry Brands owns easyTithe and ShareFaith, two companies we have been doing business with for years. We really like both companies. EasyTithe is great! They take the fee out of each transaction and deposit the net. Others companies wait to take the one fee out at the end of the month, making bookkeeping more difficult. Other companies have tried to get us to switch, they can't compete with reporting, fees, or net deposits. Customer service hasn't been an issue. Just submit a support ticket, they get back to you.
ShareFaith has motion, stock graphics, newsletter templates, and so much more. We used their newsletter templates and other graphics.
Ministry Brands owns Easy Tithe and easy tithe is terrible. Do not use EASY TITHE or any of the other ministry brands giving platforms. The customer service is terrible. Never can give you an answer. For church admin Easy Tithe is a nightmare. They lose money and records and cannot keep batches and donor reporting accurately. Our church is way behind on book keeping because of this. Do yourself a favor and no not trust your churches income and congregations money with this company that is owned by ministry brands.
Ministry Brands purchased a good company that our non-profit was doing business with and now our great service and response time is gone. When we call the number on their website the recorded message states they care about us, but they just leave you on hold listening to monotonous music. We found another software provider and we are looking forward to moving on!
