I even called the Mindgeek to talk to the reception and I find the reception the same as the security desk. I don't know where to call and who to talk.

Terrible company with ruthless and sketchy business practices. They overcharge credit cards and engage in endless types of business malpractice, although the most despicable thing they are guilty for is protecting and allowing non-consensual and underage pornography to exist on their websites.
