Terrible experience with Milk Makeup's support team. I purchased a product in the US, but it broke as soon as I returned home to the UK. Instead of handling it locally or offering a replacement directly, they insisted I ship it back to their office in LA. To make matters worse, they claimed they couldn't even send a replacement from the US to the UK, leaving me stranded with a broken item and no easy solution.

Milk Makeup’s pricing feels inflated for the quality you get. I’ve been incredibly let down by the performance of their products.
