My husband and I had the best experience with refinancing our home with Milend! We worked with Taylor Barrows who was the BIGGEST help along with the entire team at Milend. She answered every phone call, text or email whenever we reached out and I mean whenever, including after hours and even on the weekends. She kept us in the loop through the entire process and explained everything as it came up. She worked so hard to get us the best deal! Aside from the work aspect of it, she was so nice to talk with and easy to relate to I will be recommending Milend and Taylor to anyone who is in need to mortgage assistance or refinancing.

This company is great to work with! Ashley helped me with my loan and was able to make it happen in only a couples weeks time in order to hit our timeline on getting into the house we wanted! She worked hard to get us the best rate possible and made the process very simple and easy for us. I would highly recommend using them!!!

I was looking for refinance options and I was working with Paula. She advised will follow up and contact me multiple times and I never got follow ups even after sending over documents. She never went over different options with me and kept rescheduling. I felt like I needed to chase so decided to go with another company instead. It took the new company about an hour over the phone to give me best options & lock in a new rate. I don t recommend milend due to this experience.

My loan officer explained in details what was needed and help through the process of buying my new home. Thanks for all you do!

Solicitations received usually go in the trash. However for some reason I chose to open this particular one and it was from MILEND. We were wanting to refinance before rates started to go up. After sitting on the flyer for a bit I reached out to MILEND and got the PRIViLEGE of speaking with Libby Forrester.
AMAZING!!!!! Top notch, professional, available to answer questions via phone or text. You need to do your due diligence which I did and was impressed with what I read. Libby confirmed the excellence. Highly recommend. Believe it or not a good experience.
