Lucrum Capital Building (formerly known as One Finlayson Green) is a 19-storey, constructed in 1994. Oldish office building in the centre of town. Stone's throw from the MRT, near iconic eating spots such as Telok Ayer Market. The building itself is well maintained and clean, but shows it age with poky corners and odd internal lay outs.
It shows its age, but is still a functional office building in a wonderful central location. Only one small entrance compared to the grand lobbies of newer buildings, but otherwise a great place to work.
