Micro Metals is actually a pretty great place to work if work is what you are willing to do. The second shift supervisor Mike is extremely knowledgeable at pretty much all aspects of sheet metal fabrication, as well as being a great leader. His problem solving skills and overall experience is a huge asset to the company and employees. I didn't work much with the first shift supervisor Jack but could tell that he was very knowledgeable as well. Micro Metals is very fair as far as employment goes, and any negative reviews that it has received can only be attributed to some people's unwillingness to provide the quality workmanship that was expected of them. They don't discriminate against race, gender, veteran status, or background as long as you are willing to work. I would still be working there today if I hadn't decided to use my GI Bill to further my education.

I am continually impressed by the caliber and morality of these people. They do the right thing and make sure the clients are treated right as well as offering a second change to those that have gone astray at some point in their life. Place is a JOKE!! Offered me a supervisor position for their powder coat department, I took it. They hire prison release inmates, and because they were not considered for the position (for obvious reasons), I was told that if I m not respectful, a lot of these guys just got out of the joint, and they ll stab you .......on top of that I was told as soon as I walked in building that the majority of the crew I was running, Walked off of the job once they found out they didn t get the position. Sounds off the fkn wall BELIEVE ME, I STILL CANNOT BELIEVE THATS WHAT I WALKED INTO TODAY!!!!!

full of convicts. they treat veterans bad and glorify their convict tax breaks. not a good place to work. they will conspire against you if they find out you're ex military or a corrections officer. A few good people there and the work isnt hard though.
