I ordered glasses that were also sent quickly. However, I've been waiting for my refund for 4 weeks now. The support does not react at all - not even after the 3rd mail.

Great property in a convenient location. Unfortunately, you are not allowed to enter most of the property - you will be expelled by the pretty girls in the reception area. Exquisite restaurant with limited offer. Exhibition areas of XAL lights.

We have been fighting for the repayment of 2 orders for over 3 months. The service generally does not respond to emails. An order has now been settled through several phone calls. I'm still waiting for 150 from the 2nd order. Only excuses on the phone. It's not serious!
Addendum: After endless phone calls, I have now received my money. Since this is not an isolated incident, hands off!
