Miami Valley Steel

Terrible place the management is bad and they have a bunch of crackheads that work here if you are thinking about going here I would not.

Picking up a load here 11/4. Checking in to a nice & friendly staffs, good communication. Told me to wait for a dock door and came and got me under an hour. Got loaded quickly. Total wait time and got loaded is under 2 hrs.

Miami Valley has flexed their customer service muscle for Beckett Air (I am the Director of Finance & Administration). They have continued to show their commitment to level of detail and continuous improvement. I would highly recommend them as a supplier. The motto between our two companies is, 'Communicate'. We are blessed to have them as a partner on our lean journey! Thanks to Dave, Wes, Rob, Dawn

Miami valley steel does a great job on customer service (thanks bridget) and outside sales does a great job (thanks joe). I have used miami as a vendor for at least 20 years and they have always done a great job.
