I made calls regarding my moderator certificate since last year September till today I haven t received my certificate

I got my Electrical Trade through Merseta thanks guy's

Have requested for a reprint of my certificate but no one got back to me. It's so unprofessional

Good service especially from the security personnel

Paper had been handed for trade test nearly 8 weeks ago still waiting for response or nr and date they blame systerm bad real bad services

Waiting 6 months now to be registered .... Every time I enquire what is the holdup ...I find that something is wrong on my file .... Some of the problems are been dragged out..... No feedback from their side if I my self don't go their offices myself.
Already lost two job opportunities that I can give even a date when I will do my trade test .... I am still waiting for feedback ......

Absolutely useless, pathethic service. I have been waiting longer than a year for my trade test certificate and no one can even answer a phone or an e mail.

Submitted documents for my trade test evaluation in September 2019, Still waiting for a response their phone's are off and they do not reply to emails 9 months later and i still do not know whats going on. They are pathetic to say the least

They make you wait for 20mins on call,who does that... Totally unprofessional .. Really poor from them no no no

Absolutely poor poor poor service. My son in law did his trade test in March 2020, to date he is yet to receive his certificate. First of all they tell him it has gone to the printers, then it was sent to attending college, then .......... just excuse after excuse! He has lost 4 job opportunities because he cannot produce a certificate. Now it is easier for the responsible people to just not answer a phone or respond to an e-mail. Pathetic!
