Excellent company with reasonable prices, excellent service

Pitiful company. Flights with hours of delay and not even an SMS or email to notify you. If you try to call customer service, you wait until they call you 15 for a phone call and then they close the line for having reached the maximum cost of the call. And even if you call at one in the morning there is not a person who answers. Shameful.

I flew twice, the first from Malpensa to Dakar and the second from Malpensa to Los Angeles, and I must say I always had a great time. Clean and comfortable airplanes, competent and friendly staff, flights always on time and catering superior to all other airlines. Well done.

EXTREMELY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! I bought a flight from Milan to Cairo for 100 one way. Just two days before my flight Air Italy cancelled my reservation. When I ask for reasons nobody can tell me anything but they can book a new ticket for me for 400!!! Today is the 19th and I am supposed to travel after tomorrow the 21st. The flight has not been cancelled, they have just cancel my reservation because of the price I paid. Non professional at all and extremely non polite, I will tell all my friends not to book with this company ever!

Unacceptable site ... bad company not recommended and they think they are a low cost when you pay 200 euros to make an ordinary route ... shame
