This place was so much fun if I didn t do any other thing in Santa Fe other than go visit I would still be happy. The artwork and imagination it took to put this place together is amazing. I found that the people were very nice and the whole experience was exceptionally well organized. One word of caution, for those that come from out of town, remember that Santa Fe is at 7k feet of elevation , so between the darkness, the flashing, moving around and tight spaces, You may not feel up to seeing the entire experience. The House of Eternal Return is very aptly named.
I saw the band Low here . I drove 9.5 hours from Dallas and it is by far the coolest artspace/venue I have ever been to! Sound is great look is even better. I highly recommend going for a show or just to walk around .
I heard so much about this place before we came here, and it surpassed my expectations. Amazing art, great concept as an attraction. The people who worked that day were enthusiastic and helpful. If you don't like wearing 3D glasses (it's probably my prescription, but they make me feel dizzy), you could skip the glasses they sell.
Really enjoyed my trip at Meow Wolf. Definitely an experience you need in your life. Stay weird MW!
Very strange fun place. Was excited to enter a room and hear a favorite musician (Dose one)
YES YES YES!
I can't do this place justice in a review. One of the strangest places I've ever been to. I come to Santa Fe just to visit Meow Wolf.
It's a little spendy for NM standards, but it's 100% worth it.
You'll spend a few hours here, so be prepared. Might be a good idea to have lunch beforehand.
Even if you don't like the aesthetics, the creativity, interactivity, and storyline are lots of fun.
This place is great for both kids and adults of all ages. Lot of great surprises. Some of the areas are a little creepy but nothing scary. The laser harp was a family favorite. The admission price I thought was a bit high but after experiencing the exhibit it was worth the price.
This place is a total trip, Nothing Is What It Seems you can walk around for hours and see something different or find A New Path there's also Clues hidden all over and you can use the clues to find other clothes very neat place
My husband and I went there during a brief visit to Santa Fe. It's an interactive art experience that you have to see to believe. Just explore and be excited by new things around every corner and through every secret passageway. So just go and don't forget to climb into the washer machine!
At first I was really fascinated with the setup and bright colors, the house is really cool until I started to see all the Illuminati and devil figurines, complete turn off for me, I am more impressed with artistic work that there is no need for any help at all whatsoever, there is talent like that and although I see it here it would have been nice not to see any of that, I myself will never be back!
Fantabulous experience a must see when in New Mexico
Stimulating and stymying! My art-educated son got more out of it.
Visually overwhelming, a brilliant vibrant look at modern art.
amazing experiance. incredible interactive art with super talented and professional staff.
WOW !!!! This is such a cool place. Amazingly different mediums of art. Try playing with things, you never know what it's going to do. A must see if your near by. You won't be disappointed.
Great place to see. You can spend a couple hours in here and not know it. Go down the rabbit hole dorothy.
This place is a ton of fun for families or single people alike. So many fun places to explore. The only disappointing thing was the wait. I think we waited nearly an hour on a Sunday afternoon. They sell 3D glasses for a dollar, but I don't think you need them.
Omg! Sooo much fun! You can spend 4 hours in there and not even realize it! It is a completely different world and way of thinking. I love it in there! I ve been there several times and I never get tired of it. I would recommended it to anyone who loves adventure!
Eccentric and creative as always! Always such a grand experience going to this place and to see the stuff they've added over the last year, the little touches and the big ones, is such a treat. Definately returning in the future to see what else changes!
So fun such a great place highly recommend, the staff were great I just can't say enough good things about this place. Definitely get the 3D glasses it adds so much to the whole experience!
Words don't really do this place justice. Without a doubt one of the coolest things I have ever seen in my life. Hopefully I'll get back one day and have enough time to solve the mystery!
Impossible to describe. Incredibly fun for kids (and adults) of all ages. There's something here for everyone in this one-of-a-kind interactive art exhibit. Browse leisurely, or take an in-depth tour and examine all the documentation and artifacts lying around that add to the story.
Been here a handful of times with the kids and once for a concert. I have been watching bands in smaller venues for close to 4 decades now and I have to say, this is one of the best venues I have seen a live band at. My only complaint is it is a little expensive. I wish there was a lower price tier for locals.
Totally cool, fun place. Interactive and great for all ages. We have a 2 year old up to a 43 year old and we all had a great time. Purchase tickets online, you will need about 10 minutes to look for parking and then you'll see a VERY long line, don't panic, that's your line. The whole processing time is about 30 minutes, we are from about 3000ft altitude and felt the sun, so an umbrella to shade you while you wait in line (yes, even with your pre-purchased tickets) is pretty smart. Once inside, it's so much fun!!!!
Bizarre and wonderful. Worth the price if you can afford it.
Bottom line I can't recommend this place because. From what I could see it looked like a awesome place we went for a concert on Saturday night and almost everything was closed off. The concert was fun, when we tried to enter the rest we were rudely greeted by a lady asking for our wrist bands we showed her and she said we had to ha e red bands I politely asked how we can get them she said "it's a private event and obviously you were not invited so you can not enter" she could have been nice but was very rude to us, it was my first time there and probably my last considering for what we paid we couldn't see much of the actual place and how rude the lady was that worked there. I'm sure it is a nice place but from my experience I would not recommend it.
Lots to look at. The exhibit is designed to be an all out assault on the senses. Do your self a favor and plan on staying there for more than a few hours. There is a story to be discovered and its own mythology. I spent most of the day reading and looking for clues. Fair warning staying to long will warp your perception of reality when you get out.
Fun for the whole family my son loved it definitely recommend for a fun family day!
Awesome experience. You could spend 30 minutes or 5 hours here!
Very unique new age experience. Pricey...long lines. Worth doing once.
Honestly one of the coolest places I've ever been. The people are amazing. The food trucks outside were delicious and the merchandise you c as n buy is incredible from these artists. I will say. If you have any issues with sounds, noises, or crowded spaces, come prepared mentally. It is an overload. I had to go out and take a brearh and come back. It does have a lot of tight spaces and isnt super friendly to bigger or taller bodies so keep that in mind as well. The atmosphere is incredible though and its all self touring.
An experience of a lifetime. Make sure to have a lot of time to spend there, an hour and a half want not nearly long enough.
It was an interesting experience. I attended a concert and took 45 minutes away from the show to get some pictures. I heard a number of people say that the exhibits are constantly changing. I will probably go the next concert they have there, as it was a good photo opp. The shows cost a little more, however.
Weird, wild, crazy, awesome. Nothing like you would expect. An experience you must see for yourself
Amazing and fun place, every where you go there s something new. I was flabbergasted
I just can't describe how cool this place is. I've been several times and had a different experience every time. There's a story line you can follow and my goal is to follow it completely. But that means going without children which I'm not sure will happen any time soon. Lol. Great place!! Kids loved it!!
Watch the video about what it is and it will make all the difference on your journey into interdemitaional space that is the art. It's a blast and will take you 3 to 4 hours to tour all the art.
No matter what you think before you go, it s better.
Amazing. Original art that is fun, hysterical, addictive, fascinating, scary, puzzling and overwhelming. You will want to explore every inch. I recommend giving it a minimun of 2 full hours. Do not miss this if you are in Santa Fe!
What a creative, unique experience. We all loved it from the adults to my three year old daughter. Give yourself lots of time to take it all in. Definitely a must do!!
such a unique experience, if your into Night Vale then you will feel right at home here
This place is amazing. Tap into your inner kid curiosity and roam freely around and enjoy the mysterious art installations and features.
Only place in Santa fe that does what they do, and they do it well for having a monopoly on the whole EDM, interactive psychedelic art show.
What an amazing immersive experience this was! I really don't even have the words to explain my time here accurately. It was a little warm and crowded though, I'd definitely recommend taking advantage of their coat/bag check.
You must come here at least once! It s an amazing and beautiful immersive (and at times overwhelming) experience unlike anything else. It will take you hours to completely explore everything check every single nook and cranny!
I came down to scout Meow Wolf to do research for a photoshoot we want to conduct this summer. I went over spring break. The place is absolutely stunning. I recommend the following: a) pre-order your tickets b) arrive early in the day to try to beat the crowds. C) I would allocate easily 2-3 hours to fully enjoy the experience. D) the venue is totally family friendly, BUT I think having some time there with kids who are mobile would really help. Also important to explain to them not to run off though as it is super super easy to get lost in there.
Its Alice in Wonderland on a wild ride. Allow at least 2 hours and buy tickets a head of time.
This place was made by some incredibly creative people. Some of the stuff is a little weird but overall the colors and textures and tactile experience was really impressive. It s definitely worth a visit. If you re the kind of person who will occasionally spend fifteen bucks on a movie or goes out to dinner now and then, you won t regret paying so much to go into this place. It s fun for kids, teens and adults. There are two levels and plenty of rooms to explore. We didn t try to figure out the story but we enjoyed it anyway.
Very unique place. Thought it was overpriced though.
every user experience will be unique.
for me, being able to explore the depth of the Anomaly was orgasmically fun (i spent just over 3hours there, a lot of which reading- check journals)
Amazing, immersive artistic experience. So detailed and a really cool combination of storyline and set design. One visit isn't enough!
Loved this place! BUY tickets in Advance/Online to avoid line! Family venue - also did see young adult in wheelchair while i was there - please be aware someone in a Wheelchair or on Crutches will NOT be able to Experience Everything. Sci Fi fans and George RR Martin ( i do Not watch Game of Thrones) will probably enjoy the most! Be prepared to pay $25 per person. We were group of 4 adults - but i wandered through alone - so you can go and enjoy By Yourself. Be prepared to be around kids - i have suggested - please to have an Adults Only time - Please Do Not Drop off your young kid/young teenager. I just stepped away from noisy kids and returned later to an area when kids had moved on. If you dislike Pop Culture or if Your Art Must be only an Oil Painting - Then Save Your Money&Time - Do Not Go - You probably Will Not Enjoy ( Other Adult Friends - tad stuffy - did not enjoy). We All in our group of 4 Enjoyed - eagerly waiting to see Meow Wolf in Denver and Las Vegas. We spent 3 hours and tickets were good for All that day.
A fun house of awesome and weird. Endless creativity!
Another way to look at life
...
I ve been more than 5 times now and it s a 6 hour drive from my home town. It s incredible. Never seen anything like this anywhere. I can t wait for Vegas to open and for Denver!
Very overwhelming but very cool! Could use some better air flow. Must be able bodied to get around all the secret passages.
Nothing like it, one must experience it first hand.
Oh my gosh! Mind melting experience! Traveled here from Arizona and so glad I did! Amazing place!
Wonderful place to go. So much to see and interact with.
This place is so awesome and amazing that you still process long after leaving! An absolute must experience!
There's a complex storyline to unravel if you want to spend hours in the rooms investigating, but it's also fun to take everything in at face value.
Just an amazing place, I've been there many times and i never see the same thing twice

Meow Wolf: Creating Immersive, Multimedia Experiences That Transport Audiences into Fantastic Realms
Meow Wolf is an arts production company that has taken the world by storm with its unique and immersive experiences. Founded in 2008 in Santa Fe, New Mexico, Meow Wolf has quickly become a household name for those seeking out-of-this-world experiences that transport them to fantastic realms.
The company's mission is to create immersive, multimedia experiences that inspire creativity and collaboration among artists of all disciplines. Meow Wolf's team of artists, musicians, writers, and performers work together to create interactive installations that engage all the senses.
One of the most notable things about Meow Wolf is its commitment to inclusivity. The company believes that art should be accessible to everyone regardless of their background or socioeconomic status. This belief is reflected in the diverse range of people who attend Meow Wolf's events and installations.
Meow Wolf's flagship installation "House Of Eternal Return" located in Santa Fe has been described as a "mind-bending experience". It features over 70 rooms filled with interactive art exhibits ranging from a giant robot made out of recycled materials to a psychedelic forest filled with glowing mushrooms. Visitors are encouraged to explore every nook and cranny of this fantastical house where they can discover hidden passageways leading them into new worlds.
In addition to its flagship installation, Meow Wolf has also created several other immersive experiences across the United States including Omega Mart located in Las Vegas which opened earlier this year. Omega Mart takes visitors on a journey through an alternate reality grocery store where they can interact with products on shelves that come alive when touched.
Meow wolf also produces music festivals such as Taos Vortex which brings together local musicians and international acts for three days of music performances alongside art installations throughout Taos Mesa Brewing Mothership venue.
The success story behind Meow wolf lies not only in its ability to create awe-inspiring installations but also how it leverages technology for storytelling purposes. The company uses augmented reality (AR) technology within some exhibits allowing visitors' smartphones or tablets access additional information about what they're seeing or experiencing at any given moment during their visit.
Another aspect contributing towards their success is how well they have managed social media platforms like Instagram & TikTok by creating shareable content around their events & exhibitions which helps spread awareness about upcoming shows while building brand loyalty among followers who eagerly await news on future projects from this innovative arts production company!
In conclusion, if you're looking for an unforgettable experience unlike anything else out there then look no further than Meow wolf! With its commitment towards inclusivity combined with cutting-edge technology & creative storytelling techniques - it truly offers something special for everyone!
