From the ladies at the front desk of the ER, to the ER staff everyone was friendly and treated me with much respect! ER staff was quick at getting all the tests I needed done and attending to my issues. I got admitted to the hospital to covid floor and I can not say enough kind words about the nurses on that floor!!!!! Every nurse that came into my room was very attentive to what I needed and even when I need extra thinks, like juice or a small snack they were quick to get it! The compassion these nurses shown me while I was there was very much felt and I appreciate all of their kindness!
Excellent care throughout. Nurses, doctors and staff always ask if I need anything. Always felt confident having 2 procedures during my stay. I would recommend this hospital to everyone.
Emergency room visit. I was seen quickly, staff were friendly, explained everything that they were doing and took good care of me. COVID protocols were followed to a T.
My time spent in Memorial Health was excellent. Everyone from the doctor and all the nurses were great. They made may stay very pleasant and were very attentive to my needs. I highly recommend Memorial Health. Thank again for making my time there very pleasurable.
I was acknowledged when I came in the door and updated on when I would have my blood drawn. Customer service was warm and welcoming. Very professional and personal experience.
I had a schedule C-section. The nurses are very professional and compassionate. The hospital is baby friendly. I was able to do skin to skin and breastfeeding right away. All testing was done in the room. At no time our baby had to leave the room. Pain was controlled based on my non-narcotic preference. The lab had this loud a noxious knock at 430 am in the morning. I wouldn t mind them announcing themselves if didn t startle myself and the baby. Also my husband had just fell asleep. Maybe a gentler knock and softer announcement is appropriate at that hour of the morning. Especially when a mother has a cluster feeding baby and sleep deprived. The doctors were polite.
The staff was very professional and courteous. Any questions that I may have had, were answered with clarity and understanding. Everyone there was friendly and the room was very organized for my overnight visit.
Recently had Covid and needed to go to Memorial s EUA Infusion Center. The nurses there (Jessica and Alexis) were wonderful and very professional. Overall my experience was five star. Thank you!
The service was quick and thorough. I was in, had a diagnosis and a treatment plan in less than an hour. The staff was amazing and I was on my way in no time. I m recovering and grateful for their help.
The staff was top notch. Friendly, attentive, and helpful. The room was average, and not conducive to the type of testing I was scheduled to take. Details of the room options were not shared with me prior to the visit, which was disappointing and led to a heightened state of stress. Maybe next time will be better??
