Called off from my job today because I had an upset stomach and thought it would last the whole day. One of the managers at work told me to call Medcor. So I did. They did a covid screening over the phone. Told them I got both my covid vaccines, my temperature is normal and all I did was vomit and have an upset stomach. They re now saying I have symptoms of covid and can t return to work for 9 days ALL BECAUSE OF AN UPSET STOMACH FROM OVEREATING! I m not even sick or nothing. This is really ridiculous.

This company is very professional and have medics that are knowledgeable on site.
I work at a site in New York that has a medcor clinic and the medic that is with is very polite and professional.
I never do reviews on a company but this pocket medic as we call her on site deserves recognition.
Mata is a person who you can tell that is passionate about her job. She always go above and beyond with us. Always checking the workers blood pressures and making sure if they took any medication they re suppose to take. Also making sure everyone is wearing their ppe.
She treats us like humans with respect and is always willing to learn about a trade as well as what they do.
Glad this company hires people who genuinely care also who are passionate about their work.

My son called off from work because he has a cold and was told to call Medcore to be screened. This would've been fine except for the fact that the wait time on hold "will be more than 15 minutes". Turned out to be OVER 6 HOURS. From noon to 6pm when they finally answered. The girl who screened him spoke extremely slow with no urgency at all and did not really have any info other than scripted material. I wish companies would stop using them. They are the worst!

Medcor has been on-site at my work for several years and I love the care I consistently receive at the clinic. The provider is amazing - she always takes the time to answer my questions and follows up with me in the days following my appointment. Last week, I went in for what I thought was a sinus infection and it turned out it was actually allergies. She gave me some great tips on how to care for my symptoms and I'm feeling so much better. If I had gone into my local general practitioner, they would've just handed me a prescription for a z-pack and sent me on my way. It's so nice to feel cared for!! Thanks to Sandy, my provider, and to Medcor for providing such great services!

The clinic was well staffed. They where patient and to the time to listen to me. It went a lot smoother then my last visit to a different emergency care.
