They buried some cables by my house which is on a creek. They tghrew rocks, sticks, branches that they gathered up from the area and threw them in the creek. I told them our houses flood when it jammed up with stuff, they said they have to move their equipment across the creek and will put it back when done. They took their plywood that they brought and left the other stuff in the creek. I am now going to call the MWRDGC and report them as I am 64 and getting too old to drag stuff out.
