The software is ok but their Customer Service is the worse. Apparently they just care about selling the product but dont care about the rest. BE AWARE if you are buying from them you will have to bear weeks and weeks of run around and lame excuses for a simple task which could have been taken care of in 5 mins.

I have had good experience with them. Started using them in 2009 and have been very happy. Communication could be a little better otherwise service is excellent. Very satisfied with this EMR.
