I got my first vaccine today here I have a wonderful experience, everyone is very nice and talkative. I feel really comfortable to be here. Many thanks for the whole team! Hope everyone can stay safe!

You literally are calling out my sister that she's not in the database? She never even said the appointment was for her. She said his appt. And we aren't patients of your guys my dad is... Will call to speak to to the director when I have a lot of time to waste. The same person writing back to the reviews is answering the phone calls

Everyone is very generous and friendly at the clinic. I am very satisfied with my visit to the clinic.

Very disorganized place and their billing department is even worst! My husband brought my son in 2 years ago when he was 3, we wanted to be sure he was up to speed on his speech. My husband asked at the check in window if there was a co-pay that was needed, they said no and to just wait to be seen by the physician. There were signs at the time that a co-pay would be needed up front in order to be seen. Why was he not charged? I don't know. My husband finished the session and did not pay anything.

Just recently this year 2021 I received a bill of $60 for the co-pay; for the session that my husband had brought in my son for. Why was this bill sent years later to me, I don't even understand. My son stopped going to this clinic after that session about his speech. So, Why was I getting a bill years later. It should have been sent at least a month or two later not a whole year or two later. Or they should have taken the co-pay and kept record of it that it was paid at check in.

Please do not go to this clinic unless you have no health insurance and is in desperate pain or need. They will either charge you and then bill you later again or not charge you and bill you years later. Making you think you don't need to pay anything.

Horrible place to go to.When we called to make the appt the front desk lady was so rude. never had someone with such a rude attitude answer the phone. I wanted to schedule just a visit for his eye pain. She was forcing me to schedule a physical. When I told her we don't want to schedule a physical she said, "well then we cant see you. It been more than a year since your last physical". WTFFF NO PLACE I HAVE EVER CALLED FOR AN APPT HAS FORCED ME TO MAKE AN APPT. She could have suggested it for another day. I think this is her first job ever. I could literally give the phone to a high schooler and they could have faked customer serviced better. So disappointed. Used to love this place, but the lack of professionalism is disgusting. Never again.

Do Not take your kids there. they arent even asking about covid. No precautions. how is this primary care. probably will get covid

Great patient care. I always get good care, won t go anywhere else. Staff is super nice and are taking all precautions.

Horrible experience here. I walked in and the front desk lady was harassing a patient asking why they were there for a vaccine after having a scheduled appointment. Even after giving my ID, my information was still entered incorrectly. Very unorganized, no social distancing between seats in the waiting room. The vaccine was given in a general room where three stations setup and everyone could see you get the vaccine! Was a very uncomfortable experience. Employees were running around like chickens with their heads cut off! Seems like management doesn t know how to do their jobs!

Getting someone s first and last name correct is not a minor mistake! There are many other organizations that have vaccinated far more than 2000 patients! I have decided not to come back to this facility for my second dose especially after a reply like yours.

Very clean and professional people work there,the bathrooms super clean very friendly i would really recommend this place.

My parents are vaccinated!!!!! I never heard of this clinic before. All my parents did were compliment how amazing their experience was. Thank you all and a special thanks to their vaccinator Naiha. She was so pleasantly sweet and she made them feel so comforted. Absolutely beautiful girl inside and out. Answered all the questions they had. We are so happy and appreciate the whole team. A weight is off my shoulders. Stay safe and healthy! Keep up the good work!
