Don t know what the outrage is I love it and if you go on interview keep your phone in your pocket on. Silent

I went in for an interview they asked me about my experience and I asked them if I could show pictures on my phone of my experience they said yes. I handed them my phone, they looked at the pictures and handed my phone back, everything seemed to be going good. Finished the interview that I thought went pretty good. I called them a few days later to check on the progress and they said we're are going to pass because I was playing on the phone. Other than showing them pictures on my phone, the phone sat on the table through the whole interview.. They also said that I don't have reliable transportation, when in fact I do. So be careful with these people if you're trying to get a job with them.

I recently escaped this place by my choice. The management has no respect for their employees and treat them as if they are owned. McElroy pays in IOU's. Then they drop the value of them whenever they feel like it and blame bad times or even Obama when Trump is president and the Obama deal didn't go through. I think the real deal is they drop the IU value when the ceo needs a new coat of paint on his yacht. I think that is why so many Venezuelans work there. (And they work HARD) They are used to the value of their currency plummeting whenever Chavez put his hand in their pockets. If you wish to apply for work, ask these questions: What changes have happened to compensation in the last 10 years? Were these changes to employees agreed upon compensation voluntary? How much was put back on the table when things got "better"? Specifically the vacation policy, IoU value, salary, insurance quality, and 401k contributions. (they like to quote how many times there has been at least a minimal contribution but most of the skipped years are recent and the contribution percentage by year should be examined in graph form.) Ask if their employee's take home has kept up with inflation or plummeted in dollar value. I forgot to mention forced furloughs for exempt employees. I don't think this is even legal.

I Worked in McElroy for more than 7 years. McElroy has very talented engineering staff and friendly workers. The Fusion and Fintube Machines they offer are absolutely the best in the market.
