A bit crowded on sunny day as that's the only MCDONALD'S around the area but service is fast and food is hot

Relate well to the restrictions that have been made. If you order a large order, you must double-check the contents. They always forget something

Have come home several times without all the food I bought in drive in. Check the bag before driving, they are not good to check.

Tends to go strong in driveIn. Haven't been inside.

MacDonald's as we know it . Spacious, with great service and fast food.

The soda water machine does not work.

Its a McDonald's. You get what you expect. Fast service. Cheap low quality food. Very little parking space. There is wifi, which is a bonus.

The coffee is fine ... the food I am not quite fond of, the burgers always seemed spongy and wet ... and 15 minutes after you hungry again ... so a little more fiber and barely so much light bread ... but it is children's food ...

Fine enough, but as the situation is right now, we should be outside with food and drink. (Corona)

Ok restaurant. A little long wait, but the food was as expected at a McDonald's restaurant.

Poor service, full kids who broke through the windows, huge waiting time, no coffee sales, and no info on this before getting personalized service, so many beeping machines that you felt like an avatar in a beep game, no possibility washbasin on the girl's toilet and dirty dirty eating area. Welcome

My sister, her children and I often go to McDonald's at the airport because it is best for children. and the beakfast is really good. but we often experienced errors in the menus we order ... but the last time we ordered we came down and had to eat .... there was hair in the food (in my burger) one of the kids had not got it right in his happy meal (burger instead of chicken pieces) and my sister had ordered a burger without cheese ... and when we came down she discovered that there was cheese on ... i'm sorry it was a disaster when we were there on December 12 / 2 2014. we are deeply disappointed, and are considering finding other options instead of Mcdonald

Ordered 3 burger without pickled cucumbers, yet they are with cucumber! Quite frankly, there is probably a reason I pray without, it could be due to allergies

Remember to check if you've got it all. The staff is nice but some mistakes happen a little too often

Okay food, standard McD, though less fat there was hair in one burger (got the burgers as take away)

At McDonald CPH Airport, they are hard to keep up with, resulting in long queues, crowded trash cans, dirty toilets, wrong deliveries and cold burgers.

Really call in kastrup.very very slow operation and really dull dirty premises.there is no more.can unfortunately not give 0 stars, otherwise i would have done it.

Are hungry again after 5 minutes. There is a lack of salt and pepper on the steaks and too little dressing

The food itself is fine, but of the MANY times I have been there, they have never received an order correctly. I was there today and asked for a rough McChicken menu, (ie with fries, etc.) and I got a regular. bun with a piece of chicken and no fries ?? Come on MCD

Dont go there at night, slow staff, cold food, melted icecream, waited 15 minutes for a standard order.

Really fast service in the drive-in, despite the long queue.
They had put extra employees out to take orders, which is just good service.

Fast and nice service despite being very busy. The glutenfree bread is very good, tastes almost like the regular bread.

WATCH OUT! Here is a big rip-off! Anyone who stands in the parking lot, thereby overlooks the deliberately inconspicuous signs and therefore does not put a parking meter in the car, later has a ticket to the disc (with parking meter apparently but also, at least sometimes). According to this one should pay the equivalent of 100 EUR (!). If you do not do that, after a few days a letter from a collection agency from Germany flutters into the house, in which of course again ample fees are added. Incidentally, the GF of the collection agency has a Danish name ...! Here only legal assistance helps. McDonald's could put at least a few signs on his front door, to warn his customers or warn. But do not let them suggest that McDonald's is involved in this rip-off number! On request, the staff of McDonald's say that unfortunately they can not help it, the parking lot belongs to the airport, etc. etc .. The tickets distributed by the way a private company ..! It is best to drive past the shop very quickly and not to stay in the parking lot. Otherwise you can spoil the Swedish holiday, before he even started properly (if you drive there for that reason).

Several days in a row where their dankort machine is out of service. It's too bad.

3 times and you are out! Have for the 3rd time in a row experienced not getting the entire order I have ordered and paid for in the drive-in. This time it was the lady's salad. That s why I had to like and share my burgers with her. Last time I put my legs there. I will probably survive the financial loss. Just think it's a scam to accept money when you do not deliver the product. Call it a mistake ... call it a mistake 3 times in a row - and it's deeply unprofessional. Free me from your coupons as compensation !!! rather deliver the item that has been paid for.

Always friendly and obvious employees in the drive in. Fast dispatch and tasty fast food.
Could well use a larger selection of salads, but the chicken salad with kale, beans and hummus is super and really 'value for money'

It's McDonald's what do you expect. The place is alright. But not healthy for you so wouldn't recommend. Though great for a quick snack after a night of fun.

Wild long wait (20 min) just ordering and the food was cold when we got it, moreover it was the wrong food we got when it finally arrived .. would like to just think it is something that can happen sometime in between, but is unfortunately far from the first time .. so now it is time to come here.
