McCoy Freightliner did an amazing job in the body shop straighting out the many dents for the Wrap shop to do magic with our wrap. The mechanical shop for doing an annual in preparation for a multiple state tour.
They make you wait weeks to get your truck fixed. They don't wanna do their jobs. And they make families go weeks with out pay simply because they are incompetent. My wife as been waiting on 1 Screw for over a week. They kept saying it was going to be a few weeks until they got it fixed. Her company called and cursed them out now today they magically have the screw that they have been missing. There is at least 200 trucks sitting there for over a week just waiting to be serviced. Don't go here avoid if you can.
The best service department. They save my trip. My ac compressor broke on my motor home Saturday when all the companies close by noon. This guys come by 10pm to open the parts department to give me a ac compressor to fix my motor home. Thank you guys again God bless you guys
