I recently rented a beautiful apartment from SD Rent pro's, and the process was friendly, fast, and every last detail was accounted for. My questions were returned promptly, and the apartment and community are pristine. I plan to be a tenant for years to come, thank you!

This is by far the worst group ever. I have been trying to call and email them for a week requesting a tour on a property, all I got was an automated email back requesting information about me, and when I called the the seven day, a very mean person answered me, she was lecturing me like I am begging her for money, not like I am about to pay $3500 rent for a property, and then she hanged up on me. lol. this is your business, be nice to people when they call you and request information about our posting. When you want to run a business, run it professionally.

My husband and I just moved to San Diego from out of state and I had a lot of anxiety about the move, but everyone here made it seamless. The application process was quick and easy and Don even made accomodations for my sister who lives out there to view the property for me. Colleen went above and beyond to help us make the transition to California and even gave us a list of her favorite local spots. Renting from McDade Realty Group was definitely a warm welcome to the area. Their phones do tend go to voicemail, but someone always has gotten back to me within a day so it's not a problem

Colleen is a very condescending person, unprofessional and indifferent. My mother has been renting her apartment for 14+ or so years without every missing a payment, every time she would reach out for maintenance assistance and repairs the property management always said they would sent someone out and no one ever showed up. The whole entire building is beat down and old to say the least with pest even after cleaning due to negligence of the many property managers. My mother was given a 60 day notice because of habitable when she always made an attempt to call for assistance to repair outdated cabinets etc. What do you expect an old apartment that old to look like without any repairs??? Also, a neighbor once ran into my mother s apartment breaking through the wall of her bathroom and no one ever repaired the damages. Unfortunately, we re on state on Emergency and she is not able to go to work until further notice therefore her moving plans have postponed due to safety purposes which is not her fault at all, but is being asked to move or to pay during this critical time. My mother has been the longest tenant there and always made her rent payments on time and this is what she gets??? Please do not do business with Colleen.

SD Rent Pros has made my life living in an apartment pretty seamless. From the communication to viewing the apartment I now reside in. They take care of their tenants in multiple ways. That has made a huge impact on my living situation. It shows they care. I have lived in other apartments where they tell you they will fix something and nothing ever happens. I had a small issue with a cabinet not shutting when I moved in and they had someone out the next day to fix it for me. You really don't get that in many apartment managers these days. I really enjoy being one of their tenants.

Using McDade Reality was the best decision we made. I was helping my daughter move into her first apartment. It was a new experience for her and Colleen and Don made the search and move-in seamless. With this crazy time we are in now with COVID their offer virtual tours were very much appreciative. We were concerned with not being able to see the apartments as we were deciding where she wanted to move but their virtual tours made you feel like you were there. I m comforted as my daughter is on her own for the first time with knowing she in a place managed by McDade Reality. Colleen Mc Dade is a very rude and unprofessional reality person. Who has no care or concern for tenants.She harasses and threatens entire buildings about lease violations with no proof, actually should be negative 5 star rating the absolute worse experience i ve had since renting.

Colleen and McDade Realty managed our furnished condominium for three years. She kept it rented with good tenants. She prevented us from making mistakes as new property owners. She managed Juan Street until it was sold. I would highly recommend her. If we ever need a property manager again, she will be the one.
