Not a Great Company for experiences guys, they are buy lot of supporting codings from US, and doing modification only, not developed from initial stages and own development, they are simply doing documentation process only. They are take more fresher and put agreement for 4-5 years, but in fresher point of view it will have more trouble after 1-2 months, because here working time is more then 12-hrs, with more pressure and also given schedule on weakened. In salary point of view, they are given CTS is better, but take home is very poor. My suggestion is if you have experiences in VLSI, don't join this company.
