The wrost service i ever got.
I have not received money back since last 2 month. I am trying to contact the shop and asking my money which is pending...but they always excuse by giving stupid explanation day by day.
Till now i have not received my money back.
The product are not good bad quality products the sell to us not genuin. They manipulate too much while looking after the product which we want to buy. All are fake. Lier's ! Don't buy things from this Shop.

I do not live in Guwahati and was in search to buy furnitures in very specific design and taste for my family. With the help of a family member, I had a very good experience of dealing and transacting with members of the MBD Associate team. All of this was done virtually(online). All of my family members and myself are very pleased with the quality of products we have acquired along with the service that was provided to us with a seamless customer service experience. It would be great to have MBD Associate more online presence in showcasing their products with detailed description of their items to help customers like me & others to explore & enquire options to make satisfactory purchases.

Since, you have blocked my review! I have to write a new review! If you think 13000 for dining table is low budget, and 11000 for a mattress is low budget, I have nothing much to say. That means you sell cheap quality stuffs. and you should stop selling it! You offered EMI facility and we knew your owner Mr.Bapi, he gave us the facility to pay in EMI - which was paid in three months, another product mattress was taken later and was paid late, because by that time we knew that your products are bad quality- but we paid the amount because we simply dont believe in cheating people! If you can openly cheat people whom you know in person by selling cheap quality products- imagine what you do on a daily basis to strangers who walk into your showroom. We have called your owner many times, he said he will solve the problem, but he never called back! This is your customer service! So- this is clearly you dont take responsibility of products worth 24 thousands- its low budget for you! Amazing! Do not worry, we have learnt our lesson! We just dont want someone else to go through the same! So putting it right here clearly! About authenticity- of my post- check my name- check your own list/ I am sure- you do keep receipts of customer who come to your shop? if not- then bad business ethics-

And since you have represented a wrong fact, and knowing all the problems- associated with your product- I will move to Assam consumer court with the receipts. Be careful before you lie on a forum like this! This will only act against you! Respect your customers! Dont CHEAT them!

Worst service. Extremely disappointed with the products. We have purchased 4 seaters dining table, which turned out to be a damaged piece within 6 months of purchase. Additionally the bed mattress is of such a poor quality that my mother have back pain now and we are ending up going to Doctors NOW! Upon contacted (several times) they haven't taken any steps! I hope they stop selling bad quality products!
