I had a frustrating experience with this recruitment service. Communication was lacking, and the job opportunities presented did not align with my skills or career goals. I felt like my preferences were not prioritized, leading to a disconnect in the overall process. It would benefit from a more tailored approach to candidate placement.
The whole team is extremely helpful! I was lucky enough to be offered a position after only 1 week of being registered!
MBC Recruitment offered me so many opportunities to work locally in Port Macquarie. I was so very fortunate to have consultants who listened to you and offered support along the way. The MBC team as an whole was nothing short of professional with warmth and sincerity in giving people an opportunity to work and assist in finding work. I cannot recommend them highly enough so thank you very much. Sheridan
MBC Recruitment is the best I have ever worked with. All the staff are extremely professional, courteous, efficient, friendly and so easy to talk too.
I haven't been registered with many recruitment agencies out there but with MBC I definitely felt like they cared.
A special shout out to Joanne Love and Monique Moore. Linked me with work that can set up my career path to where I wanted to go and the whole process a seamless one.
Will definitely be recommending friends and family to you guys - Such an asset to MBC Recruitment.
Thank you,
Sotheara
Been with them a month got a job already very happy
We have a great team who cares about their candidates!
I can't speak highly enough of MBC and in particular Chandra. All the staff are helpful and supportive and treat you like a real person and not a number. 10/10 MBC !
After being retrenched at the age of 64, MBC Recruitment offered me a position within their organisation which suited me to the ground. They could have hired a younger person, but they gave me a chance to prove that a person at my age is still valuable. Within the 5 months working with MBC, I have seen how professional and genuine the recruitment teams are when trying to find worth-while employment for applicants.
MBC Recruitment provides a fun, friendly and caring environment. Management reward effort and treat staff as their most valued asset. It's clear why MBC were awarded 'Employer of Choice' at the business awards. I highly recommend MBC!
A great company to work for, has a bunch of lovely and genuine people and the Director is the most kind-hearted person I have ever met
