The chicken I ordered was bland and had a strange, rubbery texture, while my friend found her dish completely unpalatable. For the price point, the quality really didn’t match up. We argued about my friend’s bill since she wouldn’t touch her food; it took five minutes and a phone call just to get them to waive that charge. To make matters worse, I was still hit with a 10% service fee. When I pointed out that the staff hadn’t really done anything extra beyond clearing the table, the manager’s attitude shifted from polite to aggressive, insisting I pay up regardless. Overpriced, mediocre food, and a nasty attitude from the manager. I’d avoid this place in Battersea Square if I were you.
