I have never in all my years of work been mistreated by one of upper management. **DO NOT WORK HERE** Unless you are fresh out of high school this is not a professional work environment. There is barely any training, the person who trains you likes to come in when they please. If you inconvenience upper managements personal life they will attack you for it. How ever this company is extremely lienent and will work with you on your problems. The money is not worth the toxicity as one of the management likes to argue. There are way better call center jobs out there that will actually pay you a living wage off entry level positions. Little to no advancement is to be expected of such a small level call center. No insurance, must work weekends, call center drama including people talking about other workers behind their back.
ALSO, NO DIRECT DEPOSIT.

I love working here. I have been here 1 1/2 Years. I love my coworkers and managers/owners, everyone gets along great. I highly recommend applying here if you want a work place that has a large amount of varied types of clients, this job is very well suited to people who enjoy surprises and conversation with people from all walks of life. I enjoy never knowing what the next call will be, it is never boring. You will learn about so many different things at this job from speaking with the clients. Good listening comprehension and typing skills are a must. This is not an outbound call center, so you do get time between calls depending on the time of day. If you enjoy helping people, and love learning, this job will be a great fit for you.

About Maximum Communications

MAXIMUM Communications, Inc. began operation on June 1, 1990, and was founded on one solid principle – Integrity. Traditionally, the communications industry has not been one of stability. MAXIMUM Communications was founded by local Cincinnati businessmen who saw a need to provide stability and reliability in the industry. They built their network from the ground up and in November 1995 bought a small answering service which has grown into the modern call center they operate today.
