I'm not satisfied with the online course. The trading program itself is very basic and straightforward. I felt tricked into thinking they have in-depth training and guidance up to the time you'll do your own trading. I believe there's a better trading company out there that can help you.
I've been trading for a while and wanted to see if there was a chance to go to the next level professionally for a hedge fund, private equity firm, etc. I didn't know about prop trading and it looked exactly like what I wanted as I didn't look forward to being tied to a desk with pressure from upper management. I'm allow to trade my own strategies at my own pace and management is great and is always there when I need them.
I joined Maverick's Forex program several months ago. I was new to prop trading and Maverick had a great reputation. I thought the training was top notch and everyone at Maverick has been great to work with (responsive, professional, etc.). Definitely some aspects of the Forex market it would have taken me a long time to learn on my own. The training program is lead by professional traders, which I appreciated. For those serious about trading and making it a career I think Maverick is a great partner. If you are not committed or aspire to trade professionally, Maverick probably won't be a good fit.
Took a leap of faith and wasn't disappointed. Training was top notch with lots of back testing and was approved for live trading. Signed the paperwork and funded account with Interactive Brokers and on my second month of live trading. Will update in the future but up to this point, everything has been delivered as promised
This trading thing is not for everyone so be careful when joining. It's not a free training but a paid one. Yes, you have to pay for it! It's kind of the like a networking scheme, and the only ones who get real money are the ones already at the top.
Don't make the same mistakes that I did when I paid for their training. It wasn't worth it. They are ripping people off with this training because you won't learn the things you actually need for trading. They are also hiding some scary stuff about trading which would make you think twice about trading.
They rip people off! They hide their real intentions of getting peoples money by offering training's that would help them understand the ins and outs of trading. However, they won't tell you the real risks until you actually lost a lot of money. Either way, they gain money from you so it's not their problem anymore.
Always very helpful and honest. I have had no issues trading with them. The management team has always done everything they can to help me and other new traders become successful.
They cheat people by luring them to earn real profits. They don't explain what happen if there is a big loss. You face that harsh reality only when you lose more money than you can afford.
