Psycho-Energetic Coaching: Our coaching sessions are designed to help you identify and release limiting beliefs and patterns that may be holding you back from living your best life. Sound Healing: Sound has been used for centuries as a powerful tool for healing the mind-body-spirit connection. At Mater Christi, we offer individual sound healing sessions as well as group sound baths that use crystal singing bowls and other instruments to promote relaxation, balance and harmony.

Transformational Breathwork: Breathing is one of the most fundamental aspects of our existence - yet many of us do not breathe fully or consciously. Through Transformational Breathwork sessions led by Goedele herself - an experienced facilitator trained by the founder Judith Kravitz - you will learn how to use breath as a tool for releasing emotional blockages and accessing higher states of consciousness.

Group Workshops: We also offer various group workshops throughout the year on topics such as mindfulness meditation, chakra balancing and spiritual development. These workshops provide an opportunity for like-minded individuals to come together in community while deepening their understanding of themselves and others.
