I worked for Master Distributors for over a year whilst in Australia.
I worked in both the warehouse and the office.
From my time working with this company and also working in bunnings I can say without doubt their products are of the highest quality and customers love them.

They really care about what they distribute across Australia and New Zealand.
I really enjoyed working with the team at masters distributors,they were extremely kind to me especially when I started and needed the support to transition into the new job.

Would highly reccomend them to retailers, suppliers, potential employees and potential customers.

Delivery is unreliable, service is unreliable, people are unreliable. Everything about this company is unreliable!! What good can this company do?

Not serious about business and ignores small customers and prefer customers who order in bulk.

Their office is ineffectively run, probably by incompetent leaders. Their products could've been good, but dealing with them is a headache,

A wonderful, kind, and fearless employer of Australians with a great group of employees. This company has worked hard throughout these very tough times to keep all of their team employed. Look for their new Australian Made Non Toxic, Environmentally friendly cleaning products, including disinfectants available online and on Amazon now.

They seem to lack coordination with their warehouse as the office staff is not aware of their stocks. They would accept orders then call you the next day telling you that they are out of it. Delivery makes more than a week to a few more.

I have shopped at Master Distributors for over 3 years and have seen big changes. I'm very disappointed in their customer service and delivery process. I have to wait several days or more until an item is actually shipped then a few days or so until it arrives. Not acceptable in today's online shopping world.

Love this company. An Australian family owned company who excels in customer service and willing to go above and beyond. Never had an issues when dealing with them and tell everyone about their fantastic products and services.

Money-minded people who always put themselves first. They take orders even when the stock is not sufficient and make people wait unnecessarily. It needs to stop! Lying never helps win customer trust.

I have had the pleasure of working with Master Distributors for many years. They are a first class company that represents some of the finest brands in the industry. The leadership really cares about their customers and the entire team works very hard every day to be certain their customers are always happy and treated with respect.

Check your products/equipments before sending them out for shipping. It's such a waste of time waiting for the delivery then when they arrived, you'll realized that the items are not in good working condition.

This is a company with huge heart. As busy as this Christmas time is, this company, and specifically its very generous and caring CEO found the time to give time to put together and donate another 10 hampers of toys food and necessities to needy families. Well done and good on you Master Distributors, take a bow.
Shame on you Peter Jackson, what did you do for others this year beside hurt those that don't deserve it?

This is a great Australian family owned company that has amazing brands from all over the world, but also is one of a very few successful Australian Manufacturers, who are supporting Australians and Australian made products. Jump on to the Master Distributors website and check out the brand websites where you can now sit at home and purchase the great products on line. As we come out of lockdown status, why change what has become normal, and go to the stores to purchase. ISO SHOPPING from the living room, in front of the fire with a beverage, and the dog at my feet. How good!!

WORST EXPERIENCE ever. NO desire to improve. I made an order and had to call back after a month to find out why it hadn't shipped. I was told some items weren't in stock. They offered to ship what was on hand immediately and send remaining when it arrived. I received first shipment but never received remaining items. I have asked for a refund, but I seriously doubt I will get it. AVOID.

The cleaning products were not as effective as the company claimed them to be. I'd rather buy locally the next time. Also, the waiting time is long.

You can't rely on their word of getting your orders delivered on the date they said themselves will be delivered. Expect a few more days or weeks if it's that bad.

First, I did not like their customer service at all. It took me more than five days to get my order which as initially to be delivered within 24 hours. Do not stress yourself ordering from them.

After the review above was made public the company was most apologetic.
They have gone out of there way to help me.
I am very impressed with how they dealt with the situation.
They have given me a more expensive unit AT NO COST.
