The suite was super roomy and comfortably fit four people. The staff were friendly. I would stay with them again.
Room was nice, large, well appointed as you would expect for a Atlanta Marriott.
The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The only thing I didn't like was that the bathroom door wouldn't lock.
We stayed here with our 3 small boys during covid and I have to say, it's one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in. The staff was very accommodating. The parking felt very safe in an underground garage. Although the pool and breakfast areas weren't open when we were there, the amenities around the hotel were perfect. It's perfectly located to walk and explore the city. I would stay here again! The walls were thick, we didn't hear any noises at all. And I am sure someone else cares about this, but the curtains didn't allow light to come in, which is a big deal for us. All around great experience!
Our stay was good, however William and Quinton at the bar were outstanding. We had an issue with our food and they made the experience beyond pleasant. Definitely will be returning and recommending this place to our friends!
Typically we stay in Hilton but we decided to stay at Marriott. Mattress is thin, looks old, couches are worn and fabric which i don t think is sanitary friendly, housekeeping didn t get to our room until 3:45pm, and the air conditioner was broke in the gym. I ve heard great things about Marriott but i can t bring myself to stay in another one after this experience. Find a Hilton instead
They rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Very clean add as well. The cost is a bit high, but the quality of living compensates.
Everyone at the hotel was friendly and helpful, our room was clean and comfortable. If I had ANY complaint (and it's a small one) it'd be that the bar tender didn't know how to make a decent old fashioned. Other than that, great experience!
It's not a property with the generous sized rooms if you can get a good deal. However parking is not very good for guest. One turn off is that the very clean rooms are showing there age not through wear and tear but are extremely dated. At a average rate of 150 and it's primo location on 14th I would think the powers that be would give this hotel a much needed refresh.
I stayed for my birthday weekend, The vents in the room doesn t work. They Overcharged my card twice and they couldn t show me proof! Once i checked out on a sunday they charged my card again on a tuesday for something again they couldn t not tell me about! I WILL NEVER STAY HERE EVER AGAIN AND I WILL NOT LET THIS GO!
Expect to wait several minutes for the elevator. I'm not exaggerating. I had enough time to get fed up, think about writing this, write it and send it before the elevator showed up. Truly unacceptable. It still has not yet arrived.
The room is spacious but definitely over priced. I felt it s totally a ripoff when I had to pay $27 for parking and connecting to internet is not free, charge $14.99 per night! What a ripoff! I won t come again and I would rather to pay the same money in other hotels.
Some of the food was okay, most of it was bland or dry. The staff was not very polite.
Mid range hotel. Rates were way too high for this property. Poorly updated shower flooded bathroom during each use. No free wifi.
Nice hotel at a good price in Midtown. Close to everything. There is a charge for parking. The rooms are nice & spacious.
We stayed here for our one year wedding anniversary and it was wonderful. The staff, especially Jai and Nam, were great! It's conveniently located near a lot of amazing things if you're willing to walk a little. The $27/day for parking our car at the hotel was a little surprising but it is downtown Atlanta and parking anywhere is a premium.
Great hotel and staff, could use an exterior paint job. Construction next door was annyoing in the morning.
Great service and staff. #AtlantaMarriottMidtown #buzzybooth
They overbooked, so they sent us to a different hotel that could not accommodate our need for a handicap bathroom.
Here for DragonCon. Didn't see much of the rooms besides the event rooms.
Rooms were nice and clean. Pool and jacuzzi was very warm and clean. Food is good here. But the elevators are very slow. And also they charged me for parking and I stayed for 3 nights and I didn t even drive there. I took a Uber during the stay in Atlanta. Every time I ask for help it s always wait 48 hours or manager not in or give it 3-7 business days. I left on March 24 and it s been two weeks and no refund back. They even told me that the accountant will give me a call in two days and never did. I don t understand why lie about the situation. Spend almost $600 on this hotel stay and this is the kind of service I get? No one yet to call me or check my voicemails. Wow!
They charge for everything, including Wi-Fi, and ridiculous food prices. For the price you're paying per night, you'd think that included some kind of free or low- priced amenities. I get free Wi-Fi at Super 8.
Had to take the stairs every trip from the 6th floor up and out of the hotel because the elevators weren t working properly.
It was great. It is an old fashioned hotel with nice employees and great security.
The suite was very nice. Particularly enjoyed the updated plumbing fixtures. The bed and pillows were very soft. Too soft for me, but my wife loved them. The AC did not seem to work though. It felt like it was blowing cold air all night, regardless of how high our tstat was set.
Site shows signs of wear; elevators are slow. Room layout, being suites, are excellent.
Great hotel overall. Walked in and was greeted with a glass of wine upon check in, the restaurant bar staff was great and the rooms are extremely spacious and comfy. One of the few hotels in the area where you can actually get a pitch black room, which is perfect for my sleep. Would definitely stay here again.
Had a great stay! Staff was always friendly and helpful. Hotel food was nice, a little pricey but paid for convenience. The room was perfect.
The room felt old, the balcony door didn t open properly, and there was no complimentary breakfast of any kind.
Staff was extremely friendly and room was well kept and clean. Excellent location to all midtown had to offer would definitely stay here again.
The suite we had was very nice, clean, comfortable and quiet.
Great location on 14th street. Hotel was very busy, and I kind of geeky like a cig in the machine, but the staff was courteous and professional, and the room was very large, clean, and quiet. Parking was an exorbitant $27-about 20% of what I paid for the room!
Clean room, great staff. Nice resturant (with good food) AND TO PARK IS ONLY 29 DOLLARS! never returning.
Clean, renovated and spacious rooms. Great service!
This hotel was in a great location. Right in the middle of everything. However customer service could use some improvement. My friends and I reserved a double bed suite but were given a king suite. When we brought this to the attention of the front desk staff the manager, Frank, told us we would have to pay more to get the room we originally requested or go to another hotel. After demanding to speak with another manager, Dean, they were able to accommodate us. The room was clean but could use some updates. The housekeeping staff just made the bed and dropped off the incorrect number of towels after we asked for a specific number. This was not the usual Marriott standard that I am used to.
The room was excellent and very beautiful. Staff was extremely helpful and cordial
Very nice area in midtown. Spacious suite and nice clean room without odors.
We stayed here for my boyfriend's birthday. Loved the room, but I don't think I would call it a "city view" room. View was less than spectacular. Construction going on (I know that can't be helped). In booking on their site, I also asked for extra towels and foam pillows, but I didn't recieve them.
Room was spacious and clean. Nice amenities as well.
Dated aspects. They charge for internet. $15 per day. I repeat. They. Charge for internet
The location was great for the meetings we had. The hotel was nice, clean and felt pretty new. The staff was great and made the check-in process quick and painless. Would prefer a lounge but they provided a complimentary breakfast instead.
Loved it road to the Atlanta is something every one should see at least once-in-a-lifetime
Modern multi room suites with excellent rain shower heads and modern amenities.
The staff at this location is very friendly and helpful.
Five stars for this lovely place. Whether it was the front desk staff, the bartender, or the event staff,, everyone here has been by far the friendliest and most helpful compared to any Marriot or Starwood hotels I've experienced. I had a long work trip here and felt like it became a home! Thank you so much for taking such good care of me. I really appreciate it!
Room was clean and very nice. The person at the front desk upgraded our suite and was very kind.
Nice hotel double bed suites w/a balcony are roomy & have double sinks which is a big plus
Seems like noone wants to work here. People at the front are so unhappy. This looks like an old property with old elevators and bathrooms. The look and feel is not what you would expect. There are better places i have lived in midtown Atlanta than this.
Great hotel with wonderful staff - professional and customer focused. The remake of the restaurant fabulous!
I love rooms. They are spacious and the view is breathtaking
Great location and friendly staff would stay again.
When changing my room after occupying for 4 hours. Hotel shared key with new guest who walked in on me in on me while in the shower. Room was never redone for new guest.
Received a visit from house keeping once when they ONLY removed the trash. No refreshing of towels, picking up of clothes, remaking the bed or organizing table surfaces - however left a tip envelop.
When asked for the room to be visited by housekeeping they never showed.
All in all very underwhelmed, and recommend checking our the numerous properties in area.
I very much enjoyed my stay at the Marriott Suites Midtown. I had a fantastic view of downtown Atlanta, the room was quiet, cool and nicely laid out. The shower was hot, everything was clean. Great stay.
Hotel is in a great location but is in desperate need of renovation. The windows and doors don't keep out any sounds. That's why they put ear plugs on the nightstand.
Great Marriott but like most in city hotels, you will pay for parking. Other than that it was an awesome stay.
Social distancing. City view.. roomy! Friendly staff
Great hotel with excellent service and a friendly staff. Taylor was a good bartender. It is conveniently located with everything 10-15 minutes away.
Nice room, parking $$$ was ridiculously high considering the room price, even for a large city.
Great place, easy parking, friendly staff, clean rooms.
Nice place but they have no complimentary breakfast or no free water
For the price, the suite we have could be a little bigger. And the hideaway bed wasn't the most comfortable. But location is perfect to midtown attractions and restaurants.
Nice location and wonderful view from our room. Very nice hotel suite. We ate dinner at the hotel and the food was ok. Not too many shops near by but can get coffee and bagels next door.
Service and room were nice. No real complaints after 2 day stay.
This is NOT a boring hotel, when I visited the staff were super, kind, patiently understanding the Need for COFFEE for our all day meetings.
Had a nice drink special at bar for cinco de
mayo
Nice hotel. Very clean. All rooms are suites and specious. Valet parking convenient and Uber friendly.
No free WiFi, and expensive parking. Other than that, spacious room and friendly staff.
My coworker was bumped to a different hotel 15 min away because the hotel was oversold, WITH NO NOTICE. We were only made aware of the situation when we checked in and they had known for days that the hotel was oversold. Left a very bad impression. Will not return.
Front desk greated and treated us awesome, Rooms were very clean, manager Cheryl was amazing.. will be back soon!!! Food was amazing also!!! Recomend this awesome hotel to anyone
