Everyone was super friendly and very accepting of me bringing my dog! Definitely plan on coming back
Honestly the best service I've had in 6 visits. Wait staff is on point. Renee has turned things around 100%. Steak was cooked to perfection. By the way they have ice cold landshark!!.
I really enjoy this place for it's view. We usually only have the Alligator Bites and Chips and Salsa but occasionally a burger which are good. They have local craft beer (Tiki Wheat) from Galveston Island Brewing and the prices are reasonable. The waitresses all seem friendly and the service has always been great for us. It's a great place to relax and watch the boats come and go and to also see the occasional dolphin surface.
Had fried zucchini as an appetizer; was excellent. We also had a cheeseburger, (was better-than-average) and grilled cod, which was very good (at the start, the server reported they were out of blackening seasoning). We also had french fries & onion rings, which were very good. My wife also had a pineapple margarita, which she reported was very good, but had very little alcohol. All in all, we liked the place, and as others have said, the views are nice, atmosphere casual and relaxed. We'll be back.
First time here after the new ownership. Great view and great ambiance. Food was just okay. We ordered crawfish and while it was tasty and spicy it was tepid. They dug it out of the bottom of a cooler and it was already borderline cold. I wouldn t serve it.
Normally, I would have sent it back but we were in a large group. I didn t want to be that one guy in our group that complains about the food. Everyone else reported back the burgers and salads were fine. The waiter was not as attentive as I would have liked but it is a popular spot and every table was full during their spring break weekend.
I had someone ask me while I was eating what I thought of the crawfish. I said it was good but to make sure they got a fresh batch and not one out of the cooler.
Great atmosphere. Feels low-key and was much less busier than the restaurants on the seawall. They cooked our freshly caught fish to perfection. Definitely a place we are coming back to next time we're in Galveston.
Great fish and chips, the chicken fingers basket was good.
Stopped to use the restroom from the boat and grabbed a sandwich. And saw the pelicans waiting for scraps where they clean your fish. I prefer to clean my own.
I don't know how to get here by land, but there's apparently a way. Popular stop for bikes & boats! The food is good. The scenery is spectacular! Wait staff is friendly. Very casual pace to everything, so relax and stay a while.
Fabulous spot for casual, delicious food. Great Staff! You can t go wrong with the indoor and outdoor seating. Great view of the boats coming in and out. The overall atmosphere is fun and seaside themed. Fish and chips are my go to from now on. Will definitely come back to check out there New spring menu.
