Amazing Collection. The 2019 collection has the right amount of nostalgic references, color and playfulness. Just what my eyes needed today. They were passing out yellow flowers on International Women s Day. This truly is art.

Just wow. The employees were so unbelievably kind and attentive. At other high end stores I ve found the employees to be cold and rude, but that was 100% not the case here. My mom and I came in to noodle around and instead walked out with a good haul of goodies. Janise and Nathan in particular were so attentive, and brought me a ton of sizes and options when certain looks didn t fit/didn t work. And they were super welcoming when I was exploring pieces from the woman s collection. We had a blast shopping and trying on our clothes. Plus! delicious Pistachio Ice cream. I mean... We will definitely be returning in the future.

The store was very inviting and the sales staff was very helpful. The displays in each department looked great! I got a lot of gift ideas!

Went in for a bag I really wanted. They offered assistance quite fast. However after being in there for 10 minutes my item wasn t in stock and instead of offering to order online they offered the items they had left which were displays. Couldn t imagine spending that much on a display when its in stock online.

Received a Marc Jacobs work bag as a gift, best bag I have had in years!!!

Stopped here on NYE day. Beautiful setup. The team was more than happy to help me find the makeup I wanted and everyone was very friendly. They had free hot coffee and cookies that day as well in the coffee shop. Definitely worth the experience instead of just buying online.

We visited the store on Madisson Ave during our trip to NY. The lovely staff made our visit so special talked us through everything and gave us our purchases with a glass of champagne. They made our trip!!!

Went there to buy bag and they gave my friend scratched product. It s not even packed like new product. So disappointed about this brand s customer service. It seems like they didn t respect us.

Went into this store to purchase Grunge wear. An African American woman (I did not catch her name) with braids (that I liked which she said were done where she is from Chicago ) had on a Marc Jacobs sweatshirt and black Marc Jacob jeans. As she walked away, I noticed her pants were sagging and her underwear were exposed. I asked if she was aware you could see her underwear (surely she was not intentionally sagging her pants at work?). She said Yes I am. Do you like what you see? I think it speaks for itself. I will only spend my money at a place that conducts themselves in a manner with which I agree. #experience #inappropriate

Great coffee on the upper level. Drip, espresso, etc. Food, also.

My sister and I had a great time at this store. We went in just to look around and the staff (especially Peter) was very friendly and inviting. The shop had a very cool vibe and the clothes are amazing!

Quiet, upstairs in rear of store with street view, not crowded. Nice respite from clamor outside. Excellent cafe coffees.
