Bought pants that were definitely smaller than my regular size, quality didn't look great so I tried to send them back when they sent an email trying to offer me 15% of money back to keep them. I then declined and was sent another email offering 30% to keep them or have to pay the return of $40-50 dollars. I've never had to pay that much! Really questions if this company is really Canadian
