Bed bugs every where,needs serious pest control.management needs to look into the matter as soon as possible considering the price range of the hospital is on the higher side.staff is helpful but for non locals language is a barrier as English and hindi is not fluently spoken by most of the staff.

The hospital has excellent infrastructure with quality doctors from KMC
I have not given five star because lots of cockroaches in 2nd floor radio therapy ward . Needs pest control. All other things seems okay. Request management to look into this seriously.
One of the dedicated cancer centers in udupi district. There separate oncology and oncosurgery departments with dedicated radiotherapy and nuclear medicine departments.

Worst costumer care service ever. I was calling from Goa for my husband cancer treatment for information they gave nothing very rowdly they talk.. very disappointed.
The PG students do not respond properly to patients, we are not someone who stay in the same city so when we call to talk about our problems, they usually procrastinate or avoid the calls or they ask us to call back later.
This is a highly unprofessional behavior because we as patients need proper advice and suggestions.
