Luxurious atmosphere, diverse activities, great restaurants and the staff are always smiling and friendly.
The infrastructure is so good that it even has a line of jets connecting to Honolulu airport.
The customer service was horrible. I called for information on a project and there was no response nor call back.

Very very nice. But they definitely make sure you pay for it. The biggest plus is that the island here is largely devoid of crowds/large groups of loud tourists. It s serene.

Dining in the Sports Bar was fantastic. Perfect view of the ocean......of course there were plenty of screens for watching sports and a pool table available. The food and service was all first class. The next morning I had a luscious cup of coffee. (I'm not exaggerating)
