I expected much better for nearly $1000. The Adobe Connect platform & technical support were good, and the course material booklet may be useful as a reference. However, the Performance Auditing course instructor I had seemed to be simply reading the participant guide with no actual knowledge or experience in the subject, and wasted 2 days on basic auditing principles despite the fact that the course had prerequisites; therefore the important and relevant parts were crammed into the 3rd day. Also the company lists classes starting at "EST" when they actually follow EDT, and when I emailed twice to confirm the start time I received 2 different answers.

I would take any class Matt is teaching. In the Contract Administration class, his teaching style encourages class participation with a balance of light hearted manner with a seriousness of material being presented. As instructor, he is personable, knowledgeable and provides practical and real world examples that are applicable to Contract Administration duties. Yes, we covered a lot of information, considering the topic, it was not a boring class.

My first experience with Management Concepts, Inc. was great. I especially appreciated my instructor, Connie Sitterly, who was just awesome. I hope to take more leadership courses with Management Concepts, and specifically with Ms. Sitterly.

This was my first real virtual class. I have participated in many virtual meetings and conferences, and the functionality in this class was as good or better than that in other platforms. The instructor did a great job in relating his experiences and knowledge of project and program management.

Great professional, useful, and beneficial courses to improve performance and expand knowledge and comfort zone. Although courses may not be cheap, the quality, contents, tangible benefits outweigh the cost. Highly recommended if you're into serious performance improvements.

Anyone can benefit from a good solid review of writing principles. Jennie Ruby is an engaging instructor and represented the Management Concepts Team effectively. I would recommend this company for training.

This was the best class I have ever taken as an adult learner, and I highly recommend taking the class. The instructor was relatable and very pleasant to interact with. I believe that this class will truly influence my career in a positive way.

Course: Fostering Diverse & Inclusive Workplace. This was a 16 hour course - over 2 days. Class size was 18-20 students delivered through live instructor on Adobe Connect platform with Adobe PDF Handouts and access to some supplemental materials/activities via web link. Instructor Margaret was professional and provided excellent facilitation skills. I would recommend this as a good refresher for managers in the workplace and to challenge individual reflectivity at any level.

My experience with Management Concepts was Amazing. My instructor Ms. Aretha, was very professional and knowledgeable in leadership. She provided great insight into what it truly means to be a leader and how to mitigate through the challenges leaders experience..
