Wonderful staff, amazing facility, and incredible mission!

They really make a difference at the end of children's lives.

They made us alot of promises and in the end they didn't do any of the things they said. They didn't seem comitted and also didn't want to complicate themselves. It was confirmed that we were going to go somewhere and in the end they didn't go through.

Jennifer and Leslie were amazing in AZ!! We had a great experience with them and Make a Wish truly delivered. Sean Wallbridge in Victoria BC was also just as amazing! And without revealing too much the Disney cast and staff were just amazing!! They made us feel like family!! Thank you again for the Limo's to and from the airport as well as the awesome welcome at the Airport terminal!! Leslie also did am amazing job with the surprise reveal party for Weston. Thank you all again! Timm and Katie

WoW.... So Extremely Disappointing! My daughter was referred TWICE (once four years prior)by PCH and I had to follow up the second time after a couple of months because we didn t hear from anyone. Absolutely No creativity of the volunteers on ideas and when I (parent) tried to give ideas, I was told they want to make sure it s Her wish, yet they met her for like 20 minutes?? Had employees even state to me would your daughter even know the difference ...what? So invest less to her WISH because of her intellect??? Obviously don t understand Special Needs, So even had higher ups come listen to her story and why parent is such an advocate... and still fell on deaf ears, they sent my daughter to Orlando Disney World (she doesn t like rides) and (like I told them), it was extremely over stimulating and way to much walking with absolutely NO guidance and ...they don t think about making it easy on the Caregivers at all,(which was said by multiple other Caregivers on our trip) absolutely No One was there when we went home which was opposite of when we left. They met us at airport and helped with luggage and getting all that attention and made a big thing with my daughter and getting to meet pilot which she adored, however, no one helped coming home with ANYTHING ? One of the airline stewardess asked during the flight if we were a Make A Wish Family? They said they NEVER get told? Sad. And they lost my sons car seat???! I had very high expectations for this Non profit, which by the way has so many connections that they don t use?! I had heard so many great things and was so excited for my daughter and saw so much investment online from Make A Wish, obviously not for all kiddos, would never donate money to them, Ughh.

They have the most amazing people working for them!
