I didn't pass the first time, but after my phone call to Mainstream about my test and the results, an agent was able to see & correct some mistakes that had been made on the scoring, at that time, and then allow me to get my certification. The Mainstream Engineering downloadable test program REALLY helped me a lot with my test. With an almost exact test-like experience on my laptop, I was able to be prepared for the real test.
