I have been a member for almost 3 years. Super place to work on projects and meet other folks from Cal Poly / Mt. SAC who are into fabrication. The space has a focus on metal fabrication with mill, lathe and welder, but also has and electronics / 3d printing room, wood working and forging tools.

I visited MAG Lab toady! Just walked in and I was very welcomed! I was impressed with all the different projects going on. I think this Makers Lab would be great fit a young student to learn from the geniuses at the MAG.
Nice, realistic crowd with grounded ambitions and high-level skill. Good assortment of equipment for the price of general membership. (Guests welcome to a lot of equipment as well)
