M&M did an awesome job on my temporary office and I've never seen such happy and well cared for working dogs in the private sector (not counting service dogs). Upstanding and Outstanding!

Ineffective. The person who came to service the location did not bring enough material. Less than a week later, the issue returned in the very room he didn't service properly. Customer service team was unwilling to listen. In the past they've been adequate and reasonable, but will not be using their services again.

I highly recommend M&M environmental to fulfill their promise to keep us safe from any rodents and any pest. I completely trust their knowledge on using safe environmental friendly bug sprays/chemicals to keep my family and my two beagles safe. I sure asked a lot of questions and was very satisfied with end results. PEST FREE! Thank you M&M especially to Jackson and Richard!

Nothing induces panic in the toughest New Yorker like the call from your super informing you that your neighbors have bedbugs. YIKES! I was out of town when I got this call.

On the recommendation of one of the affected neighbors I called M & M and spoke to Ami, who was so informative, knowledgeable, and respectful. The conversation really calmed me down, helped me make some decisions I'd been worrying over (what to do with my bags when I returned home, should I spend the night away instead of returning to the apartment, etc.) and made me feel like I was in good hands. I was also able to get a morning appointment right away and the price (under $250 for my one-bedroom apt) seemed absolutely worth it.

The handler, Ben, and the dog, Roxie, showed up right on time and they were both fantastic and so professional. Ben answered all of my questions, was really kind and respectful and, much like Ami, totally put me at ease. Also Roxy could not have been cuter (though I wasn't allowed to pet her until after she'd done her job) or more serious about her job! So serious! But then what do you expect of a dog who graduated from a school where only four out of 300 dogs make it through?

I didn't deal with the inspector hired by my building but the neighbor who did said they spent 10 minutes in her apartment whereas M & M spent TWO HOURS. Super professional. Love them. So glad I went with them and I would recommend them to anyone.

(And no, luckily, I did not have BBs.)

Herbert and Dexter were fantastic. Herbert was thoughtful, diligent, and explained anything and everything they ran into really well. If I ever need the service again, I will be requesting Herbert and Dexter personally!

Loren was great! I was having a panic attack that I had bed bugs in my apartment - showed him a picture of what I found and he calmed me down (turned out not to be a bed bug, phew!). They were quick to respond, very friendly and trust their bug ID 100%

Stan was incredibly helpful and comforting when I found a strange bug in my bed. I appreciate their free bug identification service and the kindness of their staff. The bug turned out to be only a beetle but if I am ever in need of pest services I will be using their company.
