Nate and his team of Matt and Sam replaced a gas-fired hot water boiler heating furnace that included five circulation zones' pumps for a 210 year old house. It was a complex challenge. Professional, efficient and personal high-quality service are how we would describe their work. This was a first-class job.

Called for AC service. Came out on a Saturday late in day. Dave the Tech looked like he had been working hard all day. He still hopped to it and checked out our two systems quickly. He was professional and knowledgeable. He worked until after 6. He deserves a raise.

I had a great experience with ME Flow. They were very easy to schedule and arrived on time. Jaime explained everything that was an issue and went over all the options and costs with me. He was professional and fixed everything quicker than expected. I will definitely be using ME Flow again for any future problems.

Very misleading! I own a local company that was completing a landscaping job at a customer's home. We had accidentally nicked a AC line on the outside unit with hedge trimmers. I immediately called M.E Flow and explained the problem. Charged $100 to diagnose which we already knew the problem.

I asked if they could splice a piece in to the damaged section. He laughed and said, "it don't work like that. The whole line needs replaced running into the house". Course they claim that was never said which is the scam itself.

Makes sense why it would be $1200. I returned to the house and seen a piece had been spliced in!! With a filter (approx. $60) and technician had been there about 2 hours. How much was labor?? WOW Pic shows $1200 of work?

We have recently replaced two toilets and the water heater. Both installs were completed quickly and professionally. Chris Payne was especially helpful with helping us optimize the space where our older, larger water heater was placed. We are very pleased with the results. We have had service contacts with MEFlow at every house we have owned over many years. Thank you!

My hot water heater replacement through ME Flow was seamless, and the experience was great. I price shopped and felt that ME Flow gave the best value for money. When Chris Payne came to do the installation, he was professional and thoroughly explained everything. Also, one of our biggest concerns was how they would treat our newly installed hardwood floors. Chris could not have been more careful, even lifting the heater over thresholds to ensure they would not be damaged. I would totally use ME Flow again!

At Patriot Collision Center, we upgraded to M.E. Flow for our needs several years ago. I have found them to be extremely professional and knowledgeable. After dealing with their competitors for years before, this is really a welcome situation. I appreciate how Charlie and Danny handle the process from beginning to end. Service is quick.
