MD Manufacturing supervisor Dominique and the company itself are not patriotic and show no love to the disabled veterans who served this country. they want me to disassemble my central vacuum system mail it to them and they will send me another one. I asked if they would just send me a new unit and my dealer can install it and disassemble the old one all in one shot. They refused to do so and keeps insisting they are doing far more than what they should do for customers I have to pay somebody to disassemble it and and then pay somebody again to reassemble the new one. I told her I'm a disabled veteran from Iraq and Afghanistan and she told me it's not her responsibility. Shame on you MD manufacturing or treating us disabled veterans like this sorry I'm asking too much from you guys. It seems like I'm a burden to you guys
Had a great experience with customer service. Installed the system myself with MD parts. Only place you can get 8' lengths of vac pipe that I could find (less joints less places for things to get stuck). Fittings were high quality. Shipping was fast.
