Been coming to Jay for several years now and would never consider going elsewhere; I ve spoken with so many of her clients whilst in the salon who started seeing her as they d been botched by other places and then kept coming back as they were so happy! I have recommended several of my friends who have all had brilliant treatments with Jay as well as very rarely do this as I would feel mortified if I made a recommendation and they weren t happy; she has been so patient with all of us and taken time to give good advice and make sure we understood 100% what was going to happen during each treatment and what to do for aftercare. The salons are #interiorgoals but also always clean, and I ve spotted that Jay always changes her gloves and all needles are fresh out of the packet. I feel safe and in expert hands at Luxe - 5 stars!!

Jay is a magician with what she does I ve honestly never seen anyone as good at asthetics. She makes you feel comfortable and relaxed, is completely honest about what would look the best and how to achieve that look. I ve had so many compliments since I had my treatments done and there s is absolutely no way I d ever go to anyone other than jay. When I first came to Luxe, I came for a consultation & was ready to pay for a service, which I am sure many other salons would have performed without a second thought. I was taken back with Jays honesty and genuine care as she advised me against the treatment, purely down to the fact she did not see the need for me to have it. Jay even went as far to say she would not be happy preforming the service, which shows true professionalism and class! I knew from this conversation that I could trust Jay as she puts people's real needs before profit.

I now have visited Luxe for Lips, Botox & other skin treatments for 2 years and I could never go anywhere else! The salon is high class, the atmosphere is down to earth and customers are treated from Jays heart

When I was looking into someone to do what I wanted done years ago I used reviews and ended up going to jay and have used her ever since as she s so trustworthy and does not rip you off, fantastic service and so friendly. Can not recommend jay at luxe enough!

Jay at Luxe is amazing, she's very professional and before she has started any of my treatments spent the time to find out exactly what I want to make sure I achieve the best result. I have had skin peels and Botox through Jay, I always feel really welcome and like she is an old friend now because of how comfortable she makes me feel every time I have a procedure.

Ive come to Jay for a number of treatments including my lips. I absolutely love everything I've had done. She is amazing and very calming. I'm scared of needles but she makes it a pleasant experience everytime. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Xx

Been to luxe aesthetics few times now for treatments I've had lips microblading and semi permanent brows done absolutely loved all my results wouldn't go anywhere else, jay is such a friendly girl makes you feel at ease and really talks you through each treatment defiantly recommend xx

I went for a free consultation at Luxe Aesthetics last week. I was greeted by a friendly receptionist who offered me a drink straight away. I spoke with Jay in my consultation wanting a face peel due to me having acne scars from when I was younger and she advised me on how it works and which one to get. I was also interested in filler and botox but Jay selflessly and professional advised me that I wouldn't need that with me being just 24 and to see how I feel after the face peel first as she didn't want me rushing into anything. I have had my face peel today and I am over the moon with the results already and I am looking forward to watching my skin get clearer with the 'reveal' face wash I have also purchased from Luxe. Thanks Jay! X

This is the type of salon you are made to wait in the waiting room with numbing cream on. Giving no privacy to the client.

I had two treatments, lip fillers and tear troughs.

My Tear troughs have been over filled in places and not filled enough in other places.

After my first treatment I was left with what looked like a black eye under my left eye. And my top lip had two large lumps in.

When I mentioned the above to owner she told me to come back in two weeks for a check up.

At my check up she said I will have to go to the doctors as she didn't cause this and couldn't perform the filler for the missing areas.

So I left with my black eye feeling like I had totally been misled. From this moment I knew I would not be going back for her to correct this as the trust was totally gone.

Also as for my lips she masaged them and said if I carry on doing this they would go...

I did and they didn't!

Now currently 6 months later, I am left with a dark blue shadow under my left eye. And after seeing a doctor they said can remove the filler but as I've had my cheeks filled they can't use desolver as it would desolve them too.

And now smaller lumps in my lips!

This experience has made me very aware of unprofessional practices that are about.

I am really upset with they way I was treated and would not recommend attending this company at all.

This is my experience with visiting your company.

You left me with bumps in my lips and a blue tinged puffed up like sausage under my eye.

Regardless of previous reviews this is what happened to me.

If you don t remember this, there must be more people. Shocking!

Iv been to jay a few times now. And I absolutely love my lips. Jay is so friendly and will tell you when you don't need something doing. She's so lovely and her clinic is really clean and welcoming. I won't go anywhere else. I'd trust jay with my eyes shut.

I've been to other clinics before for my Botox and lips but since having them done by jay I won't go anywhere else. I am over the moon with my results.

I ve been going to Jay for around 3years and she really is amazing! Friendly, professional service! Does not rush you, spends the time explaining the procedure and gives you sound advice. If Jay thinks a procedure would be unnecessary or will look unnatural she will advise you against having it done , this is a rareity in this industry as most other compitators are only interested in making money from clients. She really is a star and has her clients interests at heart. I can t recommend Luxe enough! I recently had my lips done and have had so many comments on how amazing they look! This has gave me a major confidence boost! Thanks again Jay! I will be a client for life xxx
