Lumo Bodytech: Revolutionizing Fitness with Data-Backed Online Personal Training
Lumo Bodytech is a company that has been making waves in the fitness industry since its inception. The company's mission is to enable people to reach their fitness goals through online personal training backed by data and science. Lumo Bodytech believes that everyone deserves access to personalized, effective, and affordable fitness solutions.
The company was founded in 2011 by Monisha Perkash, Charles Wang, and Andrew Chang. They were inspired by the idea of using technology to help people improve their posture and prevent back pain. Lumo Bodytech started with a posture sensor called Lumo Lift, which was designed to track your posture throughout the day and provide feedback on how you can improve it.
Since then, Lumo Bodytech has expanded its product line to include other wearable devices such as Lumo Run and Lumo Back. These devices are designed for runners and people who want to improve their back health respectively.
Lumo Run is a wearable device that provides real-time coaching for runners based on data collected from sensors embedded in the device. The device tracks your running form, cadence, bounce rate, ground contact time balance, braking force, pelvic rotation range of motion (ROM), stride length symmetry (SLS), vertical oscillation (VO), leg spring stiffness (LSS) among others.
With this data at hand during your run or workout session you can get real-time feedback on how you can adjust your form or pace for optimal performance while reducing injury risk factors like overstriding or heel striking which could lead to knee injuries or shin splints among others.
On the other hand,Lumo Back is a wearable device designed specifically for improving back health. It tracks your posture throughout the day using sensors embedded in the device. The app provides feedback on how you can improve your posture based on data collected from these sensors.
The app also provides personalized exercises and stretches to help you improve your posture and reduce back pain. Lumo Back is a great tool for people who spend long hours sitting at a desk or driving, as it helps them maintain good posture throughout the day.
Lumo Bodytech has also launched an online personal training platform called Lumo Play. This platform provides personalized workout plans based on your fitness goals, body type, and fitness level. The workouts are designed by certified personal trainers who use data collected from Lumo Bodytech's wearable devices to create effective and safe workout plans.
The platform also provides real-time feedback during your workouts to ensure that you are performing the exercises correctly and safely. With Lumo Play, you can get access to high-quality personal training without having to leave your home or pay exorbitant fees.
Lumo Bodytech's products have been well-received by both consumers and industry experts alike. The company has won several awards for its innovative products, including the CES Innovation Award in 2015 for Lumo Run.
What sets Lumo Bodytech apart from other fitness companies is its focus on data-backed solutions that are personalized for each individual user. By using wearable devices that collect data on your body movements, posture, running form among others,Lumo Bodytech can provide customized feedback that helps you achieve your fitness goals faster while reducing injury risk factors like overstriding or heel striking which could lead to knee injuries or shin splints among others.
In conclusion,Lumo Bodytech is a company that is revolutionizing the way we approach fitness with its innovative products backed by science and data.Lumo Run,Lumo Back, and Lumo Play offer users personalized solutions for improving their running form, reducing back pain, and achieving their fitness goals respectively. With these tools at hand, you can take control of your health journey with confidence knowing that you have access to cutting-edge technology designed specifically for improving performance while reducing injury risk factors like overstriding or heel striking which could lead to knee injuries or shin splints among others.
