Lumintop

I purchased several flashlights from Lumintop but was disappointed with the technical quality—especially considering the relatively high price. The flashlights didn’t appear to be as high-end as expected.

When I attempted to return them, my request was initially ignored. Only after I asked for an exchange did the company respond. After months of correspondence, I was told I would need to return the items to China at my own expense (around €30), along with additional customs forms. Despite following all instructions, the package came back to me after more than a month.

While the company did apologize, they were ultimately unable to offer a solution. I’m sharing this experience to warn other potential buyers: returns can be extremely difficult, especially when purchasing through resellers.
