When I walked into the Santa Rosa store, I had no knowledge of flooring and was nervous. Met with Jose who worked there and he was wonderful! He helped me pick out the flooring and walked me through the process. I got to know Ken and Sonja there as well. Every time I had a question, they were knowledgeable and friendly. The floor in my bathroom & loft is gorgeous. Thanks again!

Roberto was an excellent salesperson. He's professional, listened to all questions, and was very personable. Product choices here are excellent and reasonably priced.

Do not buy hardwood flooring from them. It is poor quality, poorly stored prior to sale. I found it out too late unfortunately.

Rude and clueless guy at the service desk who called himself a "manager" though he does not look like one. They put a banner right in the middle of the sidewalk and the "manager" states he had received a permission for it. How can you get a permission to put a banner in the middle of the sidewalk?! If you want to increase your sales, you have to work on your customer service skills instead of aggressively obstructing people's way by a poorely-made banner! You won't force anyone to buy your staff this way, sales boy!
