Luigi Guarnaccia and Enrico Coppola founded Luigia in 2010, with its two main restaurants at the opposite riverbanks of Geneva in Switzerland. It has restaurants in Lausanne, Nyon, and Fribourg in Switzerland as well as in Dubai in the United Arab Emirates.
